The staff was very friendly especially Neha at the front desk as she made special arrangments for my dog. The Hotel has been remolded and is nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent. This is a good Value place to stay.

Breakfast was meh- waffles too watery, waffle iron burned everything. Bathroom broken in lobby - dirty Room was comfortable and clean

The building itself was drab and was in need of repair. Even though smoking was not allowed inside the bulding, little seemed to be done to enforce it. Once I entered the room, it smelled awful. 2 of the outlets didnt work. The bedside lamp didnt work leaving only the sensor light working which kept going on and off. I could not use the tv because the remote had no batteries in it with the cap missing.

You get what you pay for. Room had a musty smell. Comforter and mattress were stained. Sheets and towels were clean.

We saw people doing drugs in stairway ans outside areas and we killed several roaches and no towels in pool and they had a plastic bag tied on the smoke detector in the two adjoining rooms 103aand 105a

The room had a balcony with a sliding door that couldn’t be locked , stairs were missing carpet on some rungs , no chairs in room , bathroom ceiling had stains , it is definitely not worth $200 that Expedia charged me , plus , the hotel said they were cheaper than Expedia , so why would anyone pay a third party to book when they can just book directly with the hotel

This is the worst hotel stay I’ve had. The floor in the room was dirty, got no cleaning service, carpet on the steps was missing and it appeared like people were living there full time. Terrible experience. We will not stay at any Baymont in the future, and we question the other hotels owned by this organization!

Well it was a good stay. Wasn't very thilled about price we paid for the room do to, ive stayed in same price hotels before or close too, and had nicer combinations. All and all still Wasn't that bad.

Carpet 8n hallways old and worn. Hallways smelled like mold. Our room was very run down and dirty. Bath tub was dirty . It was disguesting. We wpuld not shower there. Good thing we only spent one night. The ovetall hotel is run down. They say they serve breakfast but it was ceral and waffles. Signs everywhere not allowing you to take food to your room or you will get charged a fee. Never heard of that before. No orange juice or apple juice. Machibes where broken. Just coffee. Our refrigerator in room made a lound buzzing noise . We finally just unplugged it. The tpilet in our bathroom ran alnight. Very loudly. It was an awful room and hotel

Very inconvenience..Unloaded my luggages, had the baby with me & my 2 kids...checked in...to find out there's no elevator to get to my 2nd floor room! Had to wife go check out the room..it was dark...it was dirty....we didn't even stay there! We got another room at a different hotel!

All and all was a nice place

I didn’t like that the bathroom was dirty and it was foot prints everywhere on the floor and the I asked can someone clean it that’s all I wanted I was moved to another room where it was an issue with the tv

We need just one night stay in the area. I went to check in around 9:30pm. Nobody at the desk .. waited 10 minutes, then a female on the speaker said I’m cleaning a room right now and will be there in 5 minutes.. took another 10 minutes.. all I wanted to do was sleep. The lobby smelled very badly. The whole area looked unsafe. The rooms had stains everywhere. Almost wanted to leave but was too tired. So many noises from the rooms … I felt more dirty coming out then going in this hotel. Please spend the extra and stay somewhere else.

When i checked in i was told there was a 100.00 deposit but i read no where that i had to have one till i got there. The hallsway felt like a sauna and smelled a little. The lights on the wall by my bed didnt work other then that stay was ok

Staff was friendly. Rooms extra small. Stains on the shower curtain and shower head needed replaced. Stairwells in horrible condition.

After staying in this place for 2 days . I couldn’t help but notice the horrible experience of sleeping on the rough well used mattress. If that wasn’t bad enough the place had a smell that I couldn’t understand. Then the breakfast was not even up to my standards of bearable food . Last but please not make the least I walked past the pool I wanted to use but I couldn’t because 2 people was in there making love in the pool . On camera and in front of a few kids thinking this is not acceptable. If the cameras worked where was the managers ? But it ok I will never stay here again I won’t recommend you stay here unless your desperate for a quick sleep before you keep moving around . The only good things I can take from this visit was there was a 55 inch tv in the room and good coffee

The staff was kind and accomodating; the property is dated but clean. Did not feel unsafe. A decent overnight stop along the way.

The 1st room the bed was broken and TV did not work. Chairs where stained and I have 2 young children. Pool was cloudy so we did not use that. They moved us to another room. Chairs where stained and floor was dirty to walk on. I saw a big mouse move across the dinning area. so we did not use the free breakfast option. Outside was beautifully manicured. inside was not. We left after the 1st night, even though we paid for 2 and could not get a refund. That is how bad it was.

Property was going through renovations. Staff was very willing to help with any issues that we had. Price was reasonable. I feel like the beds were full instead of queen not sure what was advertised. Room had a purple of small issues but staff worked quickly to fix. I would stay again for price and I do think once renovations are complete the ratings will go up.

Blood stains on sheets, had to have them come in and clean bathtub. They were goong to switxh rooms, but upon inspection of new room it was just as dirty, floors were not even vacccumed and mold in the bathroom. Clerk actually sighed at me. Next morning breakfast was a mess didnt have any juice. Yash offered to refund that nights if we wanted to switch hotels and fhen when manager finally agreed to talk to us lied and stated he did not offer it. This staff is rude, unhelpfull and full of excuses. Will never stay at another Baymint and will make sure the same goes for my friends and family

Rude staff. Signs saying if you took free breakfast to go or to your room you be charged 100. Forced to put up deposit have not got it back yet. People living in hotel and smoking even though its says non smoking. Had a bar bouncer kicking people out for taking a bowl of cereal and coffee to their rooms. Don't stay here. Hotels like this need to go out of business

Great experience due to the room having a balcony

Booked this room stating I had 4 adults and one child.. went to check in and was told the room is really for 4 adults with two double beds. When I booked the room it had an option for a roll away bed and was told this is not available for my room. My son had to sleep on h to e floor! To go swimming you have to request wrist bands at the front desk. They only gave you two towels in the room and I reserved for five guest. The breakfast was nasty and the breakfast area/station was nasty and dirty! I will not stay there again!

It's not the cleanest place to stay but was okay overall. Definitely needs a real cleaning

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! We were taken cared of very well; we had our room transferred in order to have a better WiFi connection. Simply ask them anything and they will do their best. The rooms are clean. It was wonderful to have the hot tub that made our evenings so relaxing. There are many places nearby that we were able to go during our stay. There are many restaurants around and interesting spots like the Lake Michigan, Indiana Dune Park, Washington Zoo are just few minutes away. Awesome!
