The floors were dirty and the beds looked disgusting. They tried moving us to another room but it was just as bad. There were people wandering around the buildings. My son saw a prostitute in the parking lot. We moved to another hotel.

Customer service is very bad. When we go for breakfast there is nothing except make your own waffle and cereal. Coffee maker doesn't make coffee it's coming light brown water. I asked receptionist about breakfast and she told me that's all they have. I was waiting to asked her but she was watching movie or something with high volume. She doesn't notice someone is waiting. Breakfast room is not even clean. We got orange juice and throw away because it bad smell too.

Total dump in a sketchy area

It was a one night stay, not a bad place to stay. The entry door needed a little work to feel a little more secure.

Stayed for work,was clean, quiet,had bar and grill for food late nite.front desk and housekeeping both friendly and helpful.will definitely stay again.

Clean room

The property looked like a meth motel. When we complained about the air conditioning not working in our room we were given the run around. Ended up taking several hours before we were moved to another room. There is also a night club on the property that had loud music going until early in the morning.

Some junkies making too much noise around the hotel. They are unsafe

The room had been smoked in, the beds were 53" wide, not queens as advertised. Bath was dirty. Four people, only had two towels. Worked, but not very good. Pool was fine.

You get what you pay for. The pool was nice

The motel's outside appearance shows it needs renovations, but the inside was clean. There is an outdoor pool in the middle of the building. The front desk representative was nice. You have to walk up to the lobby after parking. There is no drive around area. You can park directly in front of your room unless you are assigned a room located in the middle portion of the building. Then you must park in the lot next to lobby. Breakfast is self-serve continental until 9:30 am. Options include waffles, cereal, yougurt, fruit, hot tea, orange juice, and water. There is a sitting area with tables/eating booths. Late check-in is allowed. You can notify the motel via the chat on booking site if you will arrive later than the check-in time of 3pm. Location close to stores, restaurants, and ECSU (university). About 5-10 minute drive from most places. Site will not allow me to add pictures.

We found the property very outdated and dirty. The carpets were filthy. We did not stay there because of these conditions and Expedia would not refund our money.

Awful. I thought many times to just go somewhere else and loose my 100 bucks, because this place looks nothing like the pics, i feel deceived. Smelled so bad, very dirty and i felt unsafe. Would never stay here again, and would never recommend anyone to stay here. Regret my booking here. DON'T STAY HERE. The pics are a lie.

This was the worse hotel stay I've ever experienced. There were cigarette hikes in the duvet, our second night there .. The people next door were having a house party including kids vulgar music and marijuana smoking. The clerk did get them to turn off the music around 2am but they still were up loud and running. We were supposed to leave at 5am .. But since no one got any sleep, we didn't leave until 645. I will never stay at this location again.

One ice machine was broken the other was empty. Walkways we're damaged Air conditioner made noise all night.

I was a little worried about staying at this property after reading all the bad comments, but I was pleasantly surprised - the room was clean and tidy, there were no bugs anywhere. The walls could've used a new coating of paint, but the beds and pillows were comfy and clean.

The motel was dingy and worn, especially in the outer balcony and stairs. Our room had holes in the top bedcover. The good news is they were able to change to a two bed room and kept the single bed price.

Great place to stay

Rundown and scary. Disgusting rooms.

No weather stripping at bottom of door. Had to put a towel there. Carpet ripped room poorly painted. Charged extra for pets. A lot of shady looking people staying there. Looked like drug dealing or prostitution. Pool was green. Priced high considering the surroundings.

The outlet to the air conditioner had wiring showing, the outlet was loose, the shower basin was visibly dirty, the ceiling was water stained and possibly mold; the weather stripping at the bottom of the door jam was loose and visibility protruding out.

When booked---pool. NOT available to use when I was there. Room was ok but dried paint on curtains; 2 holes punched on both sides of bathroom door and back side was loose/broken; many plugs were not plugged in including room phone; tub plug not working correctly; we had to wait in lobby until exactly 3pm to check in EVEN though rooms were ready and they were not busy. I won't go there again.

There was blood on the blanket, pee stains on the sheets and the bathroom mat was already wet before we used it. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you couldn’t stay anywhere else.

Everything was wonderful

Staff was excellent! Shower floor was dirty black-did not use. No trash can in room.

It was near where we were visiting

The employee at the front desk was very helpful in checking me in. Easy and smooth check-in and out. The only issue I had was when both key cards stopped working. It was very late and I had to go to the office to activate the key.

Needs updates. Very old

It was a decent room for the price - except I left one of my own sheets there, and I came back the next day but never got it back.

The place is a motel so I wasn’t expecting a lot. The location is good and I was able to get an early check in. The staff is EXCELLENT, however the facility is extremely old and the room smelled of marijana and had bugs in it.

This room was clean and an excellent value!

My experience was not good. I had to hear a woman and man argue loudly most of the night!
