Hotel was clean, however staff “missed placed” part of my belongings. Some of my things went missing and staff was not helpful. The answer I received was “maybe they are in the “lost and found” but the person with the key to it comes back tomorrow” Do not recommend this hotel!!

Staff a little disorganized never responded to my message that we had a dog. Did not have a room the first night with two queens as we had booked.
So we had a king with sofa bed sofa bed horrible old mattress springs felt through mattress. They switched our rooms but we had to recheck in which was a hassle. Never had breakfast because it was very busy but we enjoyed it las time

The issue was i had to cancel expedia tried to help, but the hotel was more imterested in profit then a customers issue. Beware in who.you deal with, i will not recommend anyone to this hotel due to its insensitivity towards customers and worry about the momey.

Conveniently located off major highway and about 15 minutes drive to the events I planned to attend. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The bathroom had a funny smell due to the shower curtain. The area felt safe and parking was easy. The breakfast area was a bit crowded around 8am. Staff are very nice and helpful. There are plenty of dining options and it's a convenient area to stay. Beds were comfortable.

Very disappointed with the price gouging considering this hotel is a 2.5 star hotel at best. Staff was great. Complimentary breakfast was quite good. Close to highway, gas stations, restaurants.

Staff is very nice and pleasant. Got to check in early and had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and tidy and the amenities were nice. The breakfast in the morning was good good choices to choose from. Will be coming back in the future.

The room was clean, but it still has carpet on the floor. The bathtub drain seemed clogged. At the end of the shower, there were 2 inches of water at the bottom of the tub.

Was not able to get room cleaned each day even when complaining to front desk. There is no gym.

Overall is okay. The annoying part is breakfast. They offer a buffet breakfast; however, you must ask staff for hash browns and scrambled eggs, which I have never seen in other places. Also, the staff does not regularly refill the breakfast items in the small fridge such as eggs and yogurt which are mostly running out in the fridge. I would suggest the property if you do not want to provide an item to the guest in breakfast just remove the items from the list. It's very embarrassing to ask the staff every time.

Room service was pathetic. Even after frequent reminders rooms were not cleaned for 2 nights. No towels were changed. Instead of taking responsibilty, staff were vocal enough to say feel free to give reviews about the hotel. Would never advice anyone to stay in this hotel

The wifi was very good. Good variety of breakfast choices. Coffee was a little weak. I did not like that they serve you eggs and sausages. Self serve is how most hotels operate. Based on this, I might stay somewhere else.

I booked one room for 3 nights, they never came for cleaning the room.
I asked the front desk’s manager he told me: we don’t have enough staff to clean your room!!!
So I cleaned my room and took the garbage out and else.
The next day he told I will put your room the first one for cleaning crew, but still nothing happened.
If you want to stay in this hotel for more than one night, bring your own garbage bag and gloves and cleaning stuff. Room cleaning is DIY here.
