My goto for my local travel when I am on call. Great customer service, friendly and always professional... even with the occational 2am check-ins!
Like the quaint victorian era vibe, within walking distance of a number of fast food places.

The jacuzzi tub did not work, The carpet was wet, and the bed sank in the middle. Parking garage hard to get out of.
Would be better if they served breakfast for the price you pay.

Very quiet with clean and comfortable rooms. Jacuzzi tubs, Keurig coffee makers, refrigerator and microwave. Modern TV with a decent selection of channels.

The first room I got did not have a remote for the tv so they gave me another room.. Was very nice

An okay place for a great price. Free parking. Located close to a freeway. Comfortable bed. In-room refrigerator and microwave. No breakfast.

This place is honted, never believed in ghosts before until this place! Front end staff were nice. But you could tell something was off. If you’re looking to share your room with a ghost I’m sure this would be your spot. Never want to go back myself.

Wow! This hotel is awesome! Feels like you've walked into a hotel of yesteryear! A large room, extremely comfy bed and a wonderful shower to finish it out! I highly recommend a stay at this gem!

Very clean, lacking a few amenities (no place to put personal items in bathroom, only one lamp for 2 beds. Very clean, quiet and reasonable however.

Nicely decorated place. Very "old fashioned" in a good way. I thought it was interesting to see a place like this. Location is good, near freeway/expressway, which is why I picked this place. Limited parking, but this was not a problem, because I returned early and left early.

The underground parking is great! Plenty of spaces and roomy parking spots. The elevator to our floor is quite and smooth. We can get the room we want which is great since I am handicapped and the handicapped parking is wide. Beds are comfortable and linen is very fresh and clean.

Handicap parking right by the elevator in the garage sure helped. Staff was great, room was clean. Jets in tub didn't work and there was no breakfast but those weren't deal breakers.

I travel for work and this has been my go to hotel when I'm working in the area or having to travel to the Santa Cruz/Halfmoon Bay or surrounding areas. I always enjoy my stay and front desk is very friendly and welcoming.

This is a convenient hotel to stay at. Right off the freeway. Only downside is pulling out the parking lot because its on a busy road. Its easy to get mixed up at the light because it goes directly to the freeways. I always enjoy my stay and staff is friendly and very helpful. Ive never had any issues and never experience any noise.

This is a hidden gem. Like the other reviews. The outside of the building and the low price are deceiving. Very clean and nice.

The lobby has a powdery perfume smell, and I was not expecting a strong European influence (paintings on the wall, decorations. The room was huge but had dim lighting. I was not expecting a jacuzzi tub, but that was a plus. The customer service could have been better but it was the evening.

Good for a place to sleep and shower. Beds were not comfortable, coffe maker in the morning did not work, we couldn’t sleep from someone constantly walking on the floor above us triggering a squeaky chandelier in our room.

I was not expecting much as this was a very inexpensive choice. Actually, it was very nice. Comfortable, clean, quiet. Great air conditioning which was crucial with temps in the 90's.

The only thing that was a teeny tiny is was our truck wouldn't fit in the parking garage with our show bikes in the back. So we had to park across the street and ride the bikes over then park the truck. Other than that the hotel was beautiful. They even have room service!! Great location easy check in and friendly staff. We will be back!

A surprisingly decent hotel for the rates it charges. Furniture is a bit dated but the rooms are large and the bathrooms spotless and even have a whirlpool tub. It was similar price as a Motel 6 but much much better rooms. The location is excellent and there’s underground parking.

It wasn't that good. The staff was not that friendly. I have a service animal and they we're very scrutinizing about it. It told me that they didn't want my dog to pee in the room and we're not very friendly. I felt uncomfortable the whole time.

It's a fine place to stay. Clean, comfortable beds with nice sheets and pillows, which are the most important aspects of a suburban hotel for me. The only disappointment is the crappy TV: it's small, distorted, and hard to navigate.
