Completely adequate stay. Clean room, friendly staff, but the property itself is a bit dated. The surrounding greenery is nice. Wifi worked well enough, but wasn't quite as strong as I'm used to in hotels at the $100 price point.

The property was an excellent choice in Cadillac! The room was clean and recently upgraded. The breakfast was fantastic. The only issue was that the common hallway areas are in need of an upgrade. Would definitely recommend!

Our king size bed room was very roomy, clean, and beautiful. We had a light dinner in Curlys and it was excellent.

Good breakfast. Clean room, but older carpet, overpriced for age of room. Pool is nice, golf course next door is beautiful, we didn't play it.

During the night, a few minutes after midnight, the visual fire alarm went off. We tried to call the front desk, but the phone in the room did not have any service. It did not work. I went to the front desk. They did not know why the visual fire alarm was flashing in our room. It stopped after about 20 minutes. We were not able to sleep during that time.
We also had a problem with the shower. We could get hot water OR cold water, but the knob would not turn to water between hot or cold. It was very frustrating.
The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable, the television worked, as well as the outlets so we could charge our phones. The breakfast was good.

The whole place reeks like cigarette smokes for the price they charge they advertise as Resort . There is nothing that puts this drive-through Motel in the class of Resort. Spoke to the front desk name Michaela to complain about not having hot water filth in the room. Carpets were disgusting Flickering lights. And safety issues.

When I checked in the front desk person was amazingly helpful. I had a lot of questions about cycling around Lake Cadillac, finding the Walmart, parking, the pool, grocery shopping and more. The young lady at the front door went above and beyond to help me. She was excellent!!

One night stay. Complimentary hot breakfast was very good. King sized bed was comfortable, room was clean, only complaint is that the toilet was very low!!! Felt like it needed a booster lol

The frint office was very friendly, we got there late at night, very informative.
The room was clean, 2 bottles of water, microwave, friedge, iron board, iron, some hangers, ac was on, so did the bathroom, everything was there shampoo, soap, body lotion, towels.

We arrived late and check-in was painless. Quickly pointed to the right building & breakfast passes. We visited the pool area mid-morning Sat to an incidentally private time. With little ones, it was great. Pool later Sat eve was very busy, so retired to our in-room Jacuzzi. Really appreciated the seemingly endless hot water supply for a large tub. We could maintain high temp. The room was clean and had the usual amenities. The breakfast was pretty good, as in years past. not a huge selection, but far better than only a waffle maker and toaster. The staff kept on top of everything and were attentive to the needs of little kids too.

Such friendly staff at check in and check out but the room was really dirty. Such a bummer. Also didn’t realize there wasn’t an ice machine or vending machine in the building we stayed in so that was a bit inconvenient :(

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool amenities were clean and convenient. Room was clean and comfortable, but expected something a little more updated in decor and technology. The fireplace wasn’t working in the room. The engineering dept weren’t able to secure the proper materials due to it being the weekend. Al in all it was a pleasant stay.
