Hotel and staff were great! Stayed on a Sunday so many businesses were closed. Cafes in walking distance. Great onsite bar with snacks.

The location is close to airport but quite out from tourist attractions. Rooms appear old and are not in good maintenance conditions as many things either not working properly. Hoever, common areas and breakfast are quite good. Honestly, in general, this facility does not live up to IHG standard.

At check in we were given a higher price than what was on our hotels.com reservation. Some of the service staff were very rude. Our shower drain and air conditioning didn’t work when we checked in.

Shower very dirty . Water on bathtub was not draining . Walls very dirty . Floor very filthy . Bed did not have a sheet only fitted sheet . Overall. The worst

In the middle of nothing, a basic hotel that is overpriced with limited services. Reception (Luca) very aggressive dealing with customers, but maybe because we checked in around midnight? Garage very expensive for the night, although garage attendants were polite rooms very hot, A/C not efficient. Not suitable for our family!disappointed

The area around the property felt unsafe and there were no near by food options. You can hear people talking in the room next to you. The bathrooms were not clean. The towels smelt weird.

The hotel itself is just fine-not great but a clean and comfortable bed. It’s not a place you would want to book for vacation because of the location. The area surrounding the hotel feels unsafe and there are very limited dining options. The hotel bar was nice and they offered snacks with the drinks they served. It did the job for a one night stay before flying out the next morning.

The Hotel and staff are excellent. It just the area adjacent to the hotel. I thought the Metro train near the hotel is already running. Otherwise it would have been an excellent site. The train station look promising. There are police patrol in the area visible. It was a quiet area with big high rise building. Our room looking over the Mount Vesuvius and sea from the 19th floor with a nice warm strong shower and comfy firm bed. Which the three of us enjoy as we sleep well. The premium room is excellent as it includes the minibar in the price. If you want to iron you can. Ironing board and iron is provided in the room.

The room wasnt the one we saw in the pictures. Nothing worked, sink wouldn’t drain. Dirty.

I booked for the for the wrong day by accident . The hotel refused to switch the day. They stole my money. So I’m sure it’s fine. But thats just bad customer service imo

Friendly staff, very accomodating. The breakfast was incredible, so much choice. However the rooms need updating there were marks all over the room, the shower had a grotty shower curtain and the mattressss were quite hard. We only stayed one night so we weren’t too bothered but would hate it if we’d had to stay longer.

Food was terrible. Breakfast was very bad with bad tasting and stale food. Not worth it just for that. Room was very good however that partially compensates.

The location of the hotel is quite grungy, the only thing is that it is close to the train station. Actually it looks like a ghetto around the area. The rooms we had - 3 in total, of the two on the 18th floor were renovated and better, the 10th floor looked like it was out of a horror movie with even worse interior room. I probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the condition of the property, but that’s my taste, we were only here for one night in transit to Amalfi, so for that purpose it was adequate. Reasonably priced for sure!

We arrived late after a delayed flight. Check-in at reception took nearly 25 minutes. As we were exhausted, it was quite frustrating.

The hotel is very good and comfortable. Breakfast is also very good.
The location is strange though. If is part of a pedestrian park with many buildings, but the park is not maintained. Grass and bushes haven’t been cut in a long time. The next metro station is being repaired, and the old station is abandoned and not taken care by the city. It looks like a Hunger Games scenery.
