Breakfast was horrible. Missing waffle mic, utensils, napkins. No one at the front desk in the morning. Lady working in the evening was very good and helpful

0/5 stars. Woke up to see cockroach crawling on the floor. Got into the room to find no towels or toilet paper. I walked down to the front desk to get some and I’m told that they’ll bring them up. Took 20 minutes and the towels were super small. Took a shower and it was almost all cold water, one of the workers came out and told us he’d come and take a look at it and never came back. He also lied and said the front desk phone was broken when I heard the line ringing. The comforter was stained and I didn’t even bother trying to get a new one from the front. Used the spare wool comforter instead. Mirrors looked like they got wiped down with toilet water. Motel 6 would’ve been cleaner. Breakfast was awful, only terrible waffles that I spit out immediately and one cereal, the coffee was already cold by 7am. Tried to check out but couldn’t cuz the front desk lady was smoking and never came back in. I just told her my room number but who knows when she did it

The a/c unit was very loud - we couldn’t hear the TV over the noise. Wires were exposed in room. Toilet was running the entire time we were there. Towels were rust stained. Only 1 pillow on bed. Lamp was not working. Almost no lights in parking lot. Very disappointed. Trash outside room.

Room was clean. Parking area , sidewalks a mess. Broken glass and garbage. Very basic breakfast.

Not a good place needs to be redone not in good condition

People was having so much trouble with getting key cards to work. They was just walking up to the desk and saying what room they needed into and the staff would not make sure they was twlling them the right room and to me that was very unsafe. I actually canceled my stay and went to another hotel.

Opened door to room, walked in, surveyed room, turned around and walked out and found another hotel to stay in.

Room wasnt clean. There was hair in the tub, on the sheets and pillow cases, and old food from previous customer in fridge. No trash can.

Could not enter room because lock was broken. Assigned a room on second floor that was "not comparable." No TV, microwave didn't work, no trash can, no toilet paper, holes in sheets. A dump, but beds were comfortable. Desk clerks often absent, fixing other customers' problems.

The Owner needs to look into their property and have a complete makeover

This was the dirtiest day inn ive ever seen doors that donf lock nothing clean. Smells. Like hot 2 days old garbage made reservation for a king bed didn’t have any clean or unoccupied gave us another room thats a double but the door wouldn't lock the third one was so nasty dirty.

Smoke alarm not connected, it was laying on the shelf. No toilet paper. No towels. Floor dirty. All bedding had stains. Finally got towels and they were stained. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I would never stay here again if my life depended on it…. No hot water, doors wouldn’t open so someone always had to come open the door for me, last night at 10 ish some lady banged on the door saying “ house keeping”. I wouldn’t recommend going there

The property was very unkept and not that clean.Supposed to had a Continental breakfast.....it was a waffle machine and a metal dispenser....lol.....that was unbelievable.The rooms were not eye appealing at all....dirty carpet....no soap in the bath room and had to keep requesting towels.The pool was a hot mess!All we got was a bed to sleep in.....that house keeping never showed up to clean or bring fresh towels to..The staff was pretty descent at the front desk,but overall.....I wouldn't recommend this Days Inn....hate to say that,but it is what it is.

Ice machine in front was not working and there was no coffee in lobby on Saturday morning

The bathroom was horrible. The bath tub had dried cement in it and hair all over. The toilet worked sometimes. The floors had dried foot pints. No garbage cans in the room. The blanket had cigarette holes.

We stayed there for one night and it was really weird, the room smelled to smoke the AC didn’t work the room didn’t had towels, soap or anything that usually a room has, the bed wasn’t clean at all I truly don’t recommend this place.

Booked an apartment suite, but they had booked it to someone else & had no comparable room. They did allow me to pay for another room and reimbursed me which took almost a month because of hotels.com. While the staff was nice, it took over an hour with me standing in the lobby for them to figure out what to do.

No tv channels available

Run by crack heads. Random drug addicts knocking on your door asking for money. Front desk will tell you that you have to pay more a couple hours after checking in even though you paid in full on Expedia. Hookers in the back lot propositioning people as they exit rooms. Scuzzy place. Would not recommend to anyone. 0/5.

The staff was great and the location was excellent. I was in a nonsmoking room the blankets had cigarette burns, the towels were old and stained badly. I didn't bathe at this location. Neither washed my face because of the towelswas so nasty. The curtians was broken so i had no true privacy. At all.

Did not feel comfortable with all the characters walking around outside, had to carry own towels to room. Very shady place actually left and went to another hotel.

The only thing that was pleasant about this stay was the front desk clerk. This sweet, but overworked girl was actually sweet. The room had no soap or towels. I requested towels in the morning, but got none. I had to go to Walmart to buy towels in order to take a shower. There were holes in the ceiling, the bathroom needed cleaning before it could be used and the carpet was sticky. The television didn’t work until my partner fixed a loose hdmi cable, only to find out that there were only 10 channels available. For each complaint, on each shift there was one girl working and I felt sorry for her, but that doesn’t change the fact that this hotel is the worst!

My first room was hireibke. Smelled nasty & toilet stopped. Finally it flushed and water cane from the bottom out all over the floor. Had to switch rooms but it wasnt much better.

The first thing I walked into was the manager screaming at the top of his lungs at the lady that was checking me literally yelling at her like she was dirt when I got to my room there where blood stains on the sheets used soap in the shower no towels or wash clothes in the room and closet full of other peoples stuff which made me think they didn’t even clean it even know they said it’s clean the tv had no cable box all in all -50/10 I didn’t even stay I left 30 minutes after I got there will not be going back!!!!

Too nasty to stay the night. Pictures posted on Hotels.com are very, very misleading. The pictures must have been taken when the facility was built.
