TV and clock needed fixing, shower spray hit the ceiling and over curtain with gusto getting our supplies wet. Asked for different room - upstairs or with patio. Was assured we had 1st floor with patio. Happily moved in to find TV didn’t work, chair was broken, and patio view was parked cars and freeway.

Great service, check in was a breeze, very happy with the room I was given and reception was very friendly and helpful.

My issue with this property was lack of comfort.
The room was very small and cramped.
It was located on the ground floor adjacent to the lobby and an exit door. there was constant noise coming from people in the lobby and guests coming and going thru the exit door. I never had a good night's sleep.

The room we got was right next to the freeway and was super loud all night long as well as bright. It felt like it was smaller than most of their other rooms I’ve stayed in. It didn’t look anything like the photos on the site. It was in the way back and felt like an afterthought kind of room. We asked to switch since it was my birthday and I just wanted to get good sleep and they gave us a better room that looked more like the photo online when we booked. That room felt a lot better - had vaulted ceilings and overlooked the courtyard. Probably won’t stay there again.

This is the second time I stay here and tried to give it another chance. But we had cold water no matter how long we let it run in to shower both times. People were chatting in the hallway as of 6 am having lengthy conversations up until around 8:30 am. We couldn’t sleep in.

There was a lot of noise from either the hallways or outdoor areas through all hours of the night. Maybe it was a case of wrong place, wrong time, but it was not conducive to having a restful night.

overall, a restful and comfortable stay. The courtyard is beautiful, great place for morning coffee. The staff was responsive polite and care about our satisfaction. Marious is a star, went out of his way to help us with whatever we needed. He deserves a good job recognition; the hotel is lucky to have him

This property did not disappoint. Close to downtown, and the beach. They allow us early check-in, which was fantastic. They have a small courtyard where we could enjoy our coffee in the morning. They also had this coffee machine in the lobby, where you could make lattes, cappuccinos, espresso, shots, and just regular coffee. The pool was small, but when you’re so close to the ocean, I think that’s OK. Wonderful property and wonderful staff.

We stopped for two nights at the Best Western Plus Carpinteria Inn because we wanted to visit Santa Barbara and enjoy a relaxing day at the beach.
We found Carpinteria to be a very nice town with a nice looking neighborhood, restaurants and also a nice beach.
The room was comfortable, definitely clean and the bathroom was ok and also clean. Like most other hotels we stayed in, the air conditioning was noisy. The staff was very friendly.
We can definitely recommend staying there, especially since we liked the less touristy environment compared to Santa Barbara.

The first room that they took me to was an old musty, smelly one, I went to front desk to ask for a different room. They immediately moved me to a much better room facing the courtyard, the bed was very comfortable, everything was very, very clean, front desk was super friendly, I would definitely stay here again, the location was perfect.

Booked this hotel last minute & wow we loved it. My fiancé & I stayed here & it was so peaceful. From the architecture, layout, and design, everything was beautiful. We booked the king bed with a courtyard view, the room was vary spacious & we had a little patio where the courtyard lit up at night. Room service was not available but we still ordered the food & picked it up at the cafe instead, food was very delicious!

Very nice hotel, well kept! Beautiful garden with tables and chairs, you can enjoy a coffee or meal. Hotel is clean, comfortable beds, good room size and bathroom. You can walk to town, under 10 min, to caffes and restaurants. The beach it's 7 min drive away. As a nice touch they offer coffee in the reception area. However, the hotel is by the highway, it can be loud at night. But is't the nicest hotel in Carpinteria.

We have stayed here multiple times and have enjoyed it every time it is easy to get to, clean, and safe. My only recommendation would be that they offer breakfast with the rooms.

It was Amazing! The hotel staff ( Yuriana and Sarah) were outstanding and the hotel ambiance is beautiful! The only thing that was a bit of a let down was that we arrived on the cook's one day off which meant the onsite restaurant was not open for dinner. Then when we got up the next day thinking we would have breakfast in the restaurant we were told it was closed because the server called out sick. They really should have more than one cook and one server to rely on.

It was interesting to find that (according to the receptionist) Hotels.com had cancelled my reservation. Not something I wanted to hear after a lengthy drive to get there. The hotel fortunately had a vacant room I could book into, however it overlooked the very noisy Highway 101 at the back of the hotel so I didn't get much sleep. I was pleased to only be staying the one night there. It was a real shame as the hotel itself was fine and well presented.

It is a clean, nuce hotel close to Santa Barbara, it is close wnough that you can commute back and force.
Not much to do around the hotel perse, but in the hotel, pool was cosy enough. Food was decent.

The staff was very accomadating and friendly. They even lent us a step stool for a big van. The courtyard was beautiful and a great place to hang with family.
