It was ok. I think the break was good but the food items should be hot not warm. The smell in the room was too musty. Persons with allergies can have a problem.

This property is very old. I paid for all inclusive thinking me and my two children would get options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it was only us there. There was not one soul there! Its lije people do not go there. The menu only had 2 options which my kids do not eat, it was more indian options. On our first night, dinner was 7 pm we had to wait 1hr and a half in the lobby for our food. We were very much on time!!
In the rooms the AC made so much noice it was very rusty!
While taking a shower the shower , the face basin tap kept opening on it own😩 it was very scary. I asked my kids whether this happened to them and they said yes!! *this place is very old and needs upgrading*
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO VISIT GO THERE!

Very unclean, mixed up my reservation and did noy want to take responsibility nor compensate for the inconvenience. Overall very poor.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast. Beach and restaurants nearby. Hotel corridors towards room needed a bit of maintenance however will recommend and will be staying there again.

The property needs a serious upgrade everything is outdated, power coming off and on, very costly for items, a bottle of water is $25(in local currency) and it’s in the middle of nowhere be prepared to call a taxi to go anywhere because walking to the nearest store is impossible. It’s close to the beach and the staff treats you good but other than that I don’t see much going on for this place.

The hotel is generally in poor condition. Stains in the bathroom and on the linen. Towels are not changed regularly. Rooms are dusty. Eating area is not cleaned regularly. Advertised services such as cable TV not provided as there were only 5 channels. Spotty internet service. Lack of timely response by staff to complaint that a TV had been left on high volume in an adjoining room which had disrupted our sleep. Definitely does not provide the services of 3 star hotel.
Best features are the view and the breakfast.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The delicious vegetarian options for breakfast were most welcome. The staff was always courteous and willing to assist in any way. The conveniently locted hotel is steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Tobago.

Overall a pleasant stay. The room wan bathroom layout were good, breakfast was made to order so it was hot and tasted great.

This was my second time. The staff was excellent. But the rooms need to be updated. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly and the ironing board had no cover on it to iron and no iron in the room. I had to ask for one.

This place was average, room was clean and was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was excellent, but slow on the days that they did not have buffet. The place is outdated and had an old vibe.
However, Will recommend because it was worth the price. Staff was ok

The propert is pretty run down. The ac doesnt work well the curtain were a little ratty and didnt close properly. The bedroom was clean but there was a small roach in the room on the last night.

I enjoy the privacy of the location.
The hotel is old and the rooms can be updated but the breakfast is lovely, the staff are kind and the ambience is healing.

I had several issues with the facilities and service: On the second night the AC did not work; the refrigerator was leaking and the room was not serviced-beds not maid, amenities not replenished, however, they did change the towels. On or about 3:30am I went by the front desk to complain about the AC, however, I did not see anyone. As a result of the heat in the room, I slept in the pool area for about two hours before returning to my room. Some staff members were very unfriendly and gave the impression that you were bothering them when asking for assistance.
I liked the ocean view, though it was obstructed by the roofs of other properties.

Website photos were deceiving. Very run down property outdated everything. We choose it based on location to the wedding we were attending. The pool was amazing and deep but tiles were missing and the swim up bar hasn’t been used in years… if you wanted a drink you walk up some stairs to the main bar. You can tell it used to be great. The hotel has the best beach right behind the property. The staff were friendly but not helpful after hours.. no ice or water available after 10 beautiful view from the patio with no patio furniture etc. I don’t think our floors were swept the entire stay. Sadly would not recommend.

No wifi, no clock in room, air conditioning was weak, and property can use some upgradeee. Pool need to be cleaned.

The hotel was like a ghost ship, hardly any guests at all. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, no reflection on them but a very strange place to stay indeed seems like such a waste as it has potential and located on a nice beach in black rock.

Beach was amazing and fun for kids in the waves and there were beautiful sunsets! The room was very basic, but very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was more updated, and the shower was fantastic pressure. Gorgeous pool and lounging areas.
Breakfast area was beautiful, and lots of locals foods, and also options for kids.

I do not recommend staying at this resort way outdated they say it’s all inclusive but it’s not not everything is included it’s needs a lot of work done and the food is no good

The location was nice, after check in time at 3pm, our room was not ready. Our door got broken. Staff was were friendly.

I stayed in my room for three days and I had to asked for my room to be cleaned. It took them almost the entire day to come clean and change linen. Cleanliness is essential and for that I would never go back to that hotel again. Terrible place

Check in and check out were easy. Room was decent. Pool was very enjoyable. Bartenders and drinks were excellent. Breakfast was not that great even though there was a large buffet. The food was not appetizing or tasty. Also not many options during the daytime so we left the hotel to get lunch and dinner. Hotel was quiet and staff friendly. I stayed here before and would stay again. Just know that you need to have a car to get around especially if you don’t like the hotel food and you want options. There’s a Pizza Boys close by and a great beachfront bar (Anchor Beach Bar) about 1 minute drive away from the hotel with nice food options. Other than that, I definitely recommend the accommodations.

For a safe, relaxing, quiet stay, Grafton is ideal. Hoping that it can return to its former glory in terms of amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff.
