Great location, nice room.

The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The room was a little cold and the heat didn't seem to warm up the room. The staff was very friendly. The location worked perfectly for us. It was a very easy walk to the ferry. We walked on the ferry and left our car. The hotel allows you to leave your car there for $15 a night. We were very happy with our stay and would stay again if we were going to Victoria.

Room was spacious and clean. The heat did not work well even when turned up to 90 degrees and we were very cold all night. Thankful for the warm blankets

Great little place close to the wharf. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Rooms are clean and large. They had a laundry room which was nice since we had been doing a lot of hiking in the Olympic National Park.

Nice hotel, crab festival going on in shared parking lot area, but didn't interfere. Laundry Facilities were unusable for us, so we had to go to a local Laundromat, but no big deal.

We were lucky enough to get a balcony on the 2nd floor and watch the Supermoon come up! Just amazing. Loved being able to walk to all the local restaurants and shops. Staff was very nice. Complimentary coffee in the lobby. We would stay here again!

There were hairs in the sink from someone shaving. Mold in the grout and around the tub. Bathroom fan did not work.

They messed up our check in due to computers being down and put us in as a no show which wasn’t the case charged the wrong card and would not fix issue. We needed a correct receipt for reimbursement for our lodging and now we are paying out of pocket I will never stay at this location again

Everything was okay, the walls in the bathroom could be cleaner.
The room I had is was very noisy at night. Wasnt able to sleep well.

Room was clean, but hallway and entry carpets were very dirty. Area by side entrance was poorly lit and dirty. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Pros: The room was nicely updated with decor and furnishings. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and pleasant.
Cons: Bathroom was old and has yet to be renovated. It had clear evidence of mold on the grout in the shower area and smelled mouldy. The bathroom floor was dirty with head and body hair everywhere. Manager did come to the room to have it swept but it clearly needed to be vacuumed and mopped. One of the towels was stained and the other had hair on it. They definitely need to step up their cleaning services as the condition of the bathroom was unacceptable.

When we arrived they assigned us to a room whose exterior was freshly painted so I got paint on my hand trying to get into the room. They said they forgot to block off a set of rooms that was being painted. No compensation - ie. free breakfast was offered.

The room was beautiful but the hotel itself was a little run down and the hallways needed vacuuming badly. The lobby was a little outdated but so is Port Angeles. So in fitting with the area it was acceptable. I would stay here again as the location is excellent if you are travelling on the ferry to Victoria B.C

Nice place to stay location is great, customer service was great, bathrooms could use some updating. They were doing some construction so parking was a little tough with containers in parking lot.

No room cleaning for 2 consecutive days, and after talking to the hotel manager, it turned out I was not the only visitor encountered such issue.
I will not book again.

What i did not like about the room, it had mold on the wall and grout lines in bathroom. Disgusting!

Great location. Rooms are a bit outdated but no big complaints. I stayed 2 nights and maid service skipped our room. Would have been nice if they stopped by to see if we needed anything at least and take the trash. Front desk people were anything but welcoming, I felt like I was burdening them when I came in to check in. Working in hospitality you should at least greet your guests. I stood there waiting for 5 minutes and one man was typing away on the computer while the other 2 women were on the phone. No one even looked up to say we will be right with you, or hello or anything. Please improve this l, as it was very rude.

Seriously overpriced! Room was clean, but the bed and building was outdated. Door stuck, damage to door.

The floor had a slant when walking. The carpet was pretty dirty and the room smelled musty and smokey.

We absolutely loved the place. On the Straits! Bike path in front…walk 5 yards and dip your feet in the Straits! 48 North was super. They have a bar and restaurant right on the property. The food was great. We had to leave earlier than our original date. They were happy to close us out and only charged us for the dates actually stayed. We will be back soon to explore more!

Beautiful property, very convenient for catching the Victoria ferry. Easy place to walk the dogs! Rooms were super comfortable and clean. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside was lack of parking but only because we got in at 10 pm from late ferry.

Great hotel in terms of location (close to many restaurants and the wharf area).
Newly renovated ocean view rooms.
I wouldn't like to stay in the wing behind, with a view to the carpark only..
