No electric paeking available and the room and bathroom were so dated the finishes made the room seem unclean due to the cracks and peeling enamel.

We were in the area competing at the Pokémon Regionals at the Kentucky convention center. The staff at the front desk were friendly and wonderful. Check in and out was fast and smooth. Room was clean. Beds and pillows were very firm and uncomfortable. Coffee maker was broken in the room. There was a fridge in the room but, no microwave. The only microwave was 10 mins away in the lobby area. Yes, it was a long walk from the room to the lobby area. The breakfast buffet was terrible. Price was too high, and food had zero flavor. Sausage was grey, eggs watery, biscuits hard. $12.95 per person, for what? Overall, the price was good but, I would plan to eat elsewhere.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel hoping to enjoy our anniversary. It was awful. When we first got to the hotel and we relaxed because the main part of the hotel was great and clean. We had the I-wing and it was awful. The floors where broken and the entrance smelled awful. The elevator should not have been used, it smelled like someone was living in it. The entire hotel smelled horrible. When we finally got to the room it finally smelled ok. The bed was hard, bathroom was so tiny theres a reason why they dont show the shower. Theres barly any room in there to shower let alone move. We didnt feel comfortable sleeping there. Dont waste your money. The pictures on this site are deceiving dont fall for them. Its just a dingy hotel.

I would not stay here again at all! We waited over an hour in line (with many other poor souls at 1030pm) when their credit card system went down, so many frustrated customers & chaos, literally no customer service to calm people down! They had our card numbers so it wasnt like they werent going to get paid. It was a literal maze to get to our room, torn drapes, very hard bed, stinky smells everywhere, people reving their motorcycles outside. Nope not staying here ever again!

Check-in took 45 min. I was as not, but several other guest returned to front desk to report room had not been cleaned. Manager was very dismissive to guest!The lobby was nice, very deceiving. Rooms are not in good shape. Looked like no vacuum in several guest. The hair dryer was broken. The shower did not work. The shower lever was broken! House keeping attempted to enter the room at 8:30 am the next morning. The buildings are run down and not maintained. The toilet ran most of the night. The entrance to our building was terrible. See pics. This location and staff really gives RADISSON a bad wrap.

The staff was fantastic from Check-in till check out. We did run into a little bump on the road. But they were able to switch us to a different room. Which fixed it no problem The bar was nice. The restaurant was good and the fact that they had an indoor pool was a big bonus.

THE STAFF IS INCREDIBLE!! Staff is great! The hotel is old and in desperate need for maintenance. The bathtub/shower is painted white, the bathroom door couldn't latch because the door had been broken and just needs replaced. Toilet paper dispenser doesn't work, floor tiles are cracked and missing etc. but the pool is pristine, the food is great, and every member of staff was the sweetest. We were there for 4 days.

The room was decent and clean but like Tv didn’t work. Bathroom tub was sketchy but still useable. I had to unplug the lamp and alarm clock from the wall because the outlet it was plugged into I guess you would say “went out” so basically unsafe. Room service stopped by I guess twice while I was gone and never stocked the toilet paper. The location is pretty easy to find so that’s not bad. However, I called there and told them I forgot an item; told them my name, room number, phone number, description of the item and WHERE it was. I said I’ll pay anything extra I would just appreciated it if I could get my item. The person who answered didn’t sound like she cared and told me they will call me back when they find it and something with UPS. The place has yet to call me back. I tried calling them again and nobody answered. I’ve never rated a hotel before but this is upsetting. This all has accumulated on today 09/30/2024.

First it was difficult to figure out where you go in to check in. Once we got checked in and got to our room we used the stairs that i would have to say are in the worst condition. Walked into the room saw that the room was not taken care of. I ciuldnt tell what was the worst part between the front door sticking, cobb webs in the corners, the burn marks on the floor where the chair was or the best part when it started to rain water started to leak from the window. Dont bother calling the front desk couldnt get anyone to ever pick up the phone. I will say chris was awesome at the bar just couldnt believe the manager couldnt help out more. He had watched me and my friends clean our tables and the other one around while he had his hands behind his back. The best part was turning everyones cards off before 11 way to go. I will not be coming back to this hotel next year for the festival.

I had to ask for towels every night , no one took the garbage cans, no one cleaned up the room, no bathroom paper, had to ask repeatedly, worst service ever.

The trip was an overall success but the room was not clean and the air conditioner was loud and cold

The outside of the building and parking lot looked like it was a co op housing unit. There were cigarette butts and garbage and construction debris everywhere. It was disgusting. The room was ok but definitely not worth the $200 a night we spent. Sketchy area and nothing around to eat other that the hotel restaurant.

This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever been in. I checked out as soon as I got to my room. During check in, they're was heavy metal rock music playing extremely loud. The hallways are dark and had several leaks in the ceilings - you could hear the water squishing under your feet as you walk to your room. In my room, the curtains were ripped to pieces and visibly damaged, barely hanging on. The entire hotel smells of smoke and mold.

I stayed five nights and didn't run into any problems really. The restaurant/bar were good and check in service was quick and easy... You're 5 minutes outside of downtown Louisville by car...I'd stay again if I go back to Louisville.. Tom

Twice we were locked out of the K wing as the key card did not work. We had to go all the way to the front of the property to get it fixed. Property is older and is currently being renovated. One of our pillowcases was stained. Air conditioner was extremely noisy.

Let me start out by saying this was probably great in its heyday… check in was ridiculous with a line of people who couldn’t check in until four even though some rooms were obviously ready. The check in became at least an hr long and everyone was miserable. The room was dirty, with visible sticky boot prints in the bathroom, paint flaking off, etc. We attended a 4 day concert and stayed 5 days at the hotel during which zero trash was taken out, no sheets were changed or refreshed, no fresh towels were offered. It was a wreck. One night we came back and went to the hotel bar with the other concert goers. The bartender was visibly ticked off because it was busier than usual. He made it very clear he didn’t want to be there. Our check was overcharged by at LEAST 30$, even the other patrons knew we didn’t order what that check listed. The clearly pissed off bartender wouldn’t listen or budge whatsoever. We had realized by then that no one at this hotel gave zero cares, so we paid and left. One night our remote quit and we called the office with no answer (which was usual!!!) When they answered an hour later, we asked for batteries. The lady on the phone said she would get to it “when she got a chance”. We waited, we called again, one again, “when I have time.” Needless to say we NEVER got batteries, and never had a remote. We weren’t near the front office at all, it was two buildings away, so it was really a pain to go to the office. Radisson should be ashamed.

Amenities for the price are outstanding. Nice pool, bar area and restaurant available, although we did not eat there this time. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is a little older but that just adds to the experience it's well kept up there are some steps that are unavailable on one of the wings now outside but that's just shows they're taken care of when things need attention. I would give this hotel high recommendation anyone it's a beautiful view it's quiet it has a nice full inside and out at a bar and restaurant with great food.

Very very very veryyyyyyy dirty!!! Lobby is clean and smells good! But once you get to the hall way it’s a nightmare. Carpet very dirty and a very moldy smell. The room have spider webs on the curtains and cockroaches. The pool looked very dirty as well. Very old hotel that needs maintenance. We got our room knocked on a couple times by strangers asking if we ordered food and that was quite creepy. I would never stay there again. Dusty smell

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel for the price. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool, bar, or outdoor area but will certainly try to on our next stay. My only complaint is there is just one elevator and when we arrived at check in time the housekeepers were holding it for each other. We had some heavy luggage and had to wait at least 10 minutes while they held it for each other before we could head upstairs. I know they have large laundry baskets and such to move around but if they could at least take turns with the guests that would be great!

I will start off by saying I am/was familiar with the location. I lived in this area til 2019 (about 2 miles from hotel) but it’s went way down hill. First off my reservation wasn’t honored due to the fire marshal shutting down the majority of their hotel (???). I wasn’t notified of anything til check in when I could have cancelled 3 hrs earlier and found something safer and much more accommodating. After a 10 min argument with the front desk I got a room. I lost money because I was supposed to have a suite. This trip was my husband and I with our 2 yr old special needs son now trying to cram all in one bed. Hallways were ungodly hot and smelled of burning plastic. Homeless people literally lingering and sitting with their belongings outside of the building (they were sitting up against the front of the building). Hotel staff refused to answer phones at front desk. I witnessed it at checkin. She sat there playing on her phone ignoring it. I also tried to call them over no TV signal 5 times…no answer. On night 2 walked past a car that obviously had someone smoking pot inside. Came back out to go get dinner and find people buying pot out of said car. I know the saying you get what you pay for but because I lived within walking distance (not too long ago) I thought this wasn’t the case. Sadly it was. Do not stay here. I will not make this mistake again 👎
