I stayed for three nights on a solo business trip. Initially, my room appeared clean, but upon closer inspection, I noticed that the bedsheets were dirty. Thankfully, the staff was very helpful and quickly moved me to a different, cleaner room. While the staff was both apologetic and accommodating, the overall facilities could use some improvement.

It was perfect for a business trip. The bed was comfortable, it had a new air conditioner, the shower had hot water and good pressure and the place was very clean. The outside of the building looks outdated and I was a little hesitant checking in, but it turned out to be just what I needed. It’s on a service road by the freeway so there’s not much traffic. There is a shopping area and Starbucks within walking distance.

The room door led out to the parking lot, I did not feel safe as the door was I’ll fitted and I’m sure one shoulder push and it would open. The carpet was stained all over with cigarette burns, I didn’t want to take my shoes off as it looked filthy dirty. The curtains nearly covered the window and the nets curtains were shredded as if they had been attacked by a wild animal and they were filthy dirty. There was a stale unpleasant smell. Bed looked clean but I slept on top of the beds sheets. The staff were friendly when we had contact with them.

The breakfast was extremely poor with all pre-made egg and meat rolls, no usual toppings just jam, and sweets. We don't even have it that bad in hostels in our country. The room was not at all as you show on your website. Maybe it was when the hotel was new. But broken curtains, lights not working, cleaning only every 3 days in a 3 star hotel is very bad. In Sweden, similar hotels are cleaned every day. No soap at the sink, just body lotion.

Very disappointed stayed 2 nights. Went to a wedding in San Francisco Monday got in late. Room was as we left it, bed was not turned down no towels trash was not emptied wife dropped phone beside bed and night stand reach for it found a condom and trash so disgusting my mistake did take pictures

Ramada should provide customer service training for front desk staff.

Overally good.

This hotel is equivalent to a Motel 6. It is not in the Wyndham family at all. Very old, dirty, gnats in the room and staff weren’t as friendly as hotel staff usually are.

It was clean but could be updated a bit .

This day was decent. The first room I received was not that great. The shower pressure wasn’t very good and they gave a key to my room to a random stranger/Guest thinking that it was empty. Someone walked into my room at 11:30 PM while I was in bed. Totally freaked me out. I spoke to the manager to complain, obviously, and all I was given was half of the money back for that one night. I was hoping for a full refund. Luckily Hotels.com took care of me and give me credit for the difference that they didn’t refund me. Then, on the one day off that I had while I was working up there, was the one day that they planned on turning off the water in my room the entire day. They say there was a sign at the front, but no one warned you when they checked you in that the water will be turned off on one of the days we were there. Luckily, it only affected part of the hotel and they were able to switch rooms for us. The second room I got was better actually. The water pressure in the shower was amazing versus the first one which was hardly anything. That’s probably why they had to turn the water off in the section. I wasn’t before because of the lack of water pressure. They do have a nice pool and I enjoyed that. All in all I would probably stay again because of the pricing and how expensive hotels are in this area

The rooms weren’t clean. It wasn’t very bad but carpets had a weird smell and I saw a few cigarette buds around.

The facility for this hotel is old and dirty. Carpet in the room had several big stains, curtains were ripped and the rooms were only cleaned every 3 days.

AC worked great. Bed was comfortable. Liked the Dove products. Glad there was a fridge, but wish there was a nice in the room. The carpet had a few stains in it.

the first room i checked into was dirty and the bed wasn’t even made and then they moved me to a room with a twin size bed when my booking was for a king size..stains all over the carpet and smaller tv

The place was respectable for a quick overnight stay, offering an included breakfast.

Overall it suited what we needed it for, we were not looking for an all inclusive type hotel, just a safe place to sleep and shower. Like other travelers stated the room was a bit on the dated side and the carpet had drink stains. It really wouldn't take much to up do the rooms just a good detailed cleaning is all. We were more concered about the location and safe place to stay so that we could go see the Oakland A's game and this hotel was what we were looking for. They had EV Car charges which we used both nights, so that was a huge plus for us right there, they did offer a decent breakfast and good strong coffee so what more do you need. I read some other traveler wrote about the noise and Saturday night we heard what sounded like banging but it ended up being Fireworks nearby so not the Hotels fault and that was ok. Overall the staff always had a smile and no real complaints here. Our car was safe each night, we slept comfortable, other guests looked like families like us so it seemed very family friendly.
