There is no sliper or anything in the room

Never given VIP or upgrade stayed there countless times. Hotel close to everything.

Had 3 rooms. Ordered two queen size and one with two single beds.
We got two with single beds and one queen….
Poisitive is that rooms were next to each other.
One room(135) had old urin in the toilet which stunk. So gross!!! And there was a nasty stain on the carpet.
Gameroom with pool and air hockey a great touch but old and outdated. It takes 10.000 or to replace it…. Should be possible.
Parking lot underground cost 28 euros. It’s SUPER tight but we got parking.
Breakfast was average.
For a radisson hôtel this was VERY VERY disappointing

This was a good place to stay for a walkable day around Bremen. Parking was convenient and easy.

Great location...very near the restaurants and all the notable tourist attractions. Parking was pretty easy. Reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Central location. Tram stop to the airport just 2min walk away. Friendly and helpful staff. Huge bed!

staff are super friendly and helpful, it's very centrally located, easy to walk anywhere. they are very friendly towards my toddler as well. I would recommend to stay there if anyone is visiting Bremen

Stayed in a suite, i didn't think it was a 4 star hotel standard especially given the prices. Has a nice gym and staff were nice but seemed under-staffed at the reception. Great location though.

We are traveling through Europe this summer. We love this hotel. It’s close to all the attractions we wanted to see and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Everyone at the property that we encountered was professional and courteous. They truly made a great stay. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect as well. The room was very nice and the workout facilities were top notch. Perfect stay and if we come back to Bremen we will definitely stay there again!

Offered a late checkout at 2 but then housekeeping barged right in and they turned off my keycard early so I couldn’t use the gym or get into my room.

The hotel was new and clean with a spacious communal area which also served as a bar and restaurant.
It was conveniently located, close to the main tourist attractions.
We stayed on a Sunday and none of the hotel facilities (bar, restaurant) were open. As this a well known international hotel chain, I think it's ridiculous that none of the facilities were available to guests. It's not acceptable.

Super Aufenthalt. Von CheckIn bis CheckOut hat alles prima geklappt. Service und Frühstück sehr gut. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl. Schönes Zimmer und das Bett ist sehr bequem.
Exzellente Lage, absolut zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Nettes und hilfbereites Personal. Sehr zu empfehlen.

The negative side was that I was not offered the VIP Gold offerings that I am entiteled. Neither the complementary bottle of wine, one per stay, nor the room upgrade (if available). None of these were offered to me. What is the point in stating to us members that we are entitled certain advantages when the hotels do not give them to us?
