Our room was large and basically clean. The toliet was stained and the curtains were stained. Something they might want to replace.

Overall experience was good. But the property is starting to show some age.

We chose this hotel for the got tub and pool. When we get there, we found out that the hot tub has been down for at least 3 weeks. And the pool wasn't the cleanest

Stayed here again even through we are local and get hit with a extra fee thats refundable..pool was cold. Hot tub was down..only reason we were staying here again was because of the pool so my husband would get in the pool with the kids. The air conditioner was loud in the room and the tub drain was broken. The guy working when we checked in seemed less than thrilled to be there and didnt talk much. If we are going to be charged almost 400 a night (with 250 of that refunded with no damages) i really would hope for better everything. Also our one key seemed to not work at all and the other one let us into all the rooms. I didnt check this but my husband misremembered our room and managed to get into a not used room so i didnt sleep well thinking about it way too much
Yes i did the locks inside too i just was overthinking. Also their tvs and channels do not line up to what they say so its a endless guessing game of what youre going to get.

Specifically booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. After 10 hours of driving get there to find out it’s not working. They require an extra deposit for the room even though it was paid for which I thought was weird cause the higher end hotels I’ve stayed at on my trip didn’t require this. I probably wouldn’t stay in Lincoln again.

Large, clean, quiet room. Great scrambled eggs and sausage for breakfast. It was nice to have 'adult only' time in pool area from 10 pm to 12 pm. Only thing I'd change is to up the temperature on the 'warm tub' so it'd be a 'hot tub'.

The staff was friendly and check in/check out was smooth. The breakfast was a surprisingly good, pre-Covid type breakfast. The beds were comfortable, and the room fan kept the outside hall noises (if there were any) out of the room. The only gross thing was that whatever they used to clean the bathroom and room entry floors with must've been left on because our shoes stuck to the floor when we walked. Overall, we'd stay here again.

I felt the property used bait and switch from reservation to actual use.
I requested a handicap accessible room with a roll in shower for wheelchairs When arriving at the property I was told the roll in shower was an extra $20. Take it or leave it. I had used Expedia because their site was not available at the tie of reservation. They told me Expedia did not control their rates so tough

Our room was super clean and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable! The room was also quiet and roomy enough for our family. There was a few spots that could use some attention, mainly in the bathroom (the door especially) but it didn't affect our stay.

Convenient shopping and dining. Easy drive to UNL. Courteous staff. Hot tub spa and pool of typical size. Above average breakfast selection. Enough room space to spread out. Bathroom fan also a plus. Room furniture and carpet noticeably but not terribly knicked and stained. I'd stay again. Great place to stay for the price.

Bathroom door wouldn’t close or stay closed. Would come open by itself when sitting on toilet. Chips in wall paint and woodwork. Air conditioner noisy. Had to run all night to keep room cool.

Property was a little old and in need of upgrading. Pool was functional, but air conditioning in pool area was not working. Staff helped with allowing EV chaging, but did not have a dedicated space for charging vehicles and you needed to have your own charging cables (110V only available).

Room had Oder. No hair dryer in room. Had to go to another room to use hair dryer. The breakfast was cold, out of coffee. The snack shelves were barely stocked. Everything looked and felt cheap. Not staying there again!

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. After a long drive all day we booked our rooms and checked in with friendly kind front desk staff. Beds were comfortable and showers were great! Morning breakfast was good but sort of behind on refilling coffee but still got our cup of joe! Thank you for a great night stay!

There was nothing to like about this place. Sofa bed was original spring and mattress. You could move and it made loud noices. The pool was a joke. Hours posted were 6-10. In the 3 days we stayed there, it was rately open with pro ted excuses why it wasnt open. One was it was locked from the inside and not able to open. Yet pull on the door and it opened. We had grandkids, and that pool was closed more than open. The water never got hot for showers, although we did see two water heaters looking to be installed. The facility was used and abused. Worst place ever. Breakfast fro 6-10. They bouvht food, when it was gone, it was gone. By 9 there was no milk, eggs and on ly one sausage. 3 days.

Our room is very quiet and clean. The property is convenient perfectly fills our need for a safe place to stop for the night.

The property was a little old and the hallway carpet didn’t look very clean. But the staff was very nice and the breakfast was awesome.

The hot tub was being worked on, so no access to pool or hot tub. The coffee maker in room still had a used coffee pack from previous occupants, so that was obviously not cleaned.

We had an emergency situation. We explained it to the manager and were told we would not be refunded for the remaing two days of our stay because we prepaid for our stay and their GM/Owner was out of country. We will NEVER ever stay here again. My wife retired from here in 2009 and she was ashamed of the state of the stay we had. The TV was not tuned to what the TV guide said it was and if you looked toward the room door there was light all the way around the frame like the door was not made to fit door. So no we feel we were ripped off and are telling all our buisness and personal friends to stay far away from this chain.

The hotel was dated and definitely needs a facelift, but for the price it wasn’t bad. Hot tub was closed, so that was a bummer. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine too. I would stay again!
