Hotel was clean and staff was great, but room was very small. We made it work!!

This place is good to stay because it was close to the Geneva airport as it was cheaper to stay in France then staying in Switzerland. Room was small only good to use it as a transit hotel.

The room was dusty, surfaces not clean, bathroom old and also not clean. I found a blood stain on the bed sheet. There was a bad smell, something decaying in the room, so we had to have the window open at all times - until the number of mosquitoes was unbearable. Air on did not work, just made a loud noise. Avoid at all costs the location is isolated and hotel run down. We left early

Good Canadian franchise hotel. The Management are very knowledgeable, so they are not too bad, front desk were very nice and few music super stars like these convenient hotel for staying the long weekend in the border of France and kind of close to Geneva.

We have stayed here several times before. The rooms have been upgraded and are now much more pleasant. Shower is hot and powerful, and the windows actually open a bit – unusual in chain hotels. Staff are friendly and helpful. The one thing I regret is they closed the restaurant, which was always so convenient. There are a couple of places over the bridge next to the cinema which we have used: the Au Bureau bistro is always full and has reasonably priced, delicious food and friendly staff. We walk our dogs in the area at the side of the hotel on the right – a nice field and wooded area in the grounds of a conference centre. No-one seems to mind. Very convenient stopping place if you're on a long journey, and a good night's sleep at a reasonable price. What's not to like?

Room was too small but clean it is good for one or two night sleeping. Hotel is out of town you have to have car to get to city center.

The best check in we’ve had in a very long long time ! The young gentleman couldn’t do enough for us totally couldn’t do enough for us the rooms were lovely and spacey and very clean

Useful hotel if driving to Mont Blanc or returning from Italy. On site restaurant but nothing else to eat within walking distance. Fine for an overnight stop

Business travel at Covid-19 restrictions: No restaurant service, but a restaurant 7 minute walk away. Standard IBIS breakfast available, just wear gloves and face protection. Staff helpful and friendly.

Staff on arrival were very welcoming, helpful and offered lots of assistance regarding our stay. Room was fresh and homely.

Clean, modern hotel with friendly staff, complete with a bar (which other nearby hotels don't have). The decor is a bit busy but the rooms are modern and functional. As a budget hotel, don't expect extras like tea/coffee in the room. However, I did like the mains power extension cable with attached USB charging ports but it was a shame they didn't work in the room I had. Also, I couldn't get the air-con to chill the room and so the room was quite hot. Not much in the local area but would stay here again if passing.

There is no small appliances in the room at all. We need some warm water for medicine. We have a small cooker can boil water which is 1000 W. When we try to turn it on, it tripped the circuit breaker. We asked the lady to reset the breaker and turned all lights and tv off, tried the second time, the breaker tripped again.I happen to be a electric engineer who worked all my life with electricity almost 70 years. I can say this with confidence: this electric system is not up to code. In a sense, it’s not safe for everyone.

We stayed here prior to a morning flight from Geneva Airport. It's easy to find - just off the A40, and has plenty of free parking. The hotel reception was undergoing renovation when we stayed, so a temporary desk was in place. Staff friendly and helpful. Room small, but well equipped and modern. The area is a bit strange - it's next to an Expo hall, and there are no easily accessible shops or restaurants. We drove about 6km to find a petrol station, and stumbled upon a pizza restaurant next door, so took a take-away pizza back to the hotel. Good for an overnight stay!

This hotel is exactly what you expect from an Ibis - no more and no less. The rooms are minimally furnished, but clean and have everything you need for a short break. Good free wifi. Breakfast was standard continental - all seemed to be fresh and well presented.Very convenient for visiting businesses on the Archamps Technopole technology park.

This hotel was lovely and everything you would want out of a place to stay after a long road-trip. The beds were super comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff were very friendly. We did have an issue where they provided us with the wrong bed-type and they were quick to sort out the issue and provide us with another room, even though it was almost 4AM! We were also able to make this booking within an hour of arriving at the hotel, so that was a relief!

Rooms need updating, you can hear everything, someone in the next room having a shower, people talking in the corridor. When a room door closes all other doors rattle.We paid 9 ch for a buffet breakfast, which I enjoyed.

Along side the sheets not getting changed for three days of my stay room was very basic. I find it hard to believe the room isnt equipped with a kettle when breakfast isnt included. Staff on other hand brilliant really nice

We've stayed here fairly regularly before on our way from the UK to Italy and standards have always been good. The only real issue this time was that the lift was out of order, but at least we got some exercise walking up the stairs! Would have been difficult with large cases though.The rooms are a little on the small side for the two of us and the dog, but really if you're just staying one or two nights this is not an issue. They're spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet, and the views of the foothills of the Alps are lovely. Internet access is free and fast.The food is not gourmet but very pleasant, and the staff in the restaurant were friendly and attentive.All in all, a good place to stay for a short time.
