Good stay. Breakfast is not as good as ot used to, however..

First time to Paris, and only for Business so needed somewhere out of the centre. Picked this hotel on location, and wasn’t disappointed. Check in was quick with no issues, beer & wine selection for dinner was great, and room was perfect size, clean, & fairly modern. Pillows were only let down & size of towels. To me these are key items as I’m travelling so much for Business, but I will happily stay here again in the future.

Good service, friendly staff. Area- mostly industrial, but if you came for business meetings it is exactly where you want to be. Breakfast- not very good value for money (15 euros with not much to show for it).

Great location for the business trip I had. Not much to do in the local area. Anywhere of interest is a good 25 minute walk. Good hotel though.

no invoice provided, they told me to ask invoice for hotel website, this gives me too many troubles. I am very angry about this.

Well managed Best Western- clean, efficient, comfortable. Local area is not particularly inspiring, but it is ideal if you are here to visit Mercedes or Nissan. Breakfast is not very good value for money, but it is OK.

Functional hotel, room was a little small and no cupboard was strange but it was clean. Restaurant is closed over the weekend which was a bit annoying when we arrived at around 9pm after a long drive but there were places to eat not too far away.

Business trip to area - free parking - walking distance to several dinning options

We stayed in early August and the hotel was spot on for what we wanted, very quiet, clean and tidy. Jade on reception was especially helpful and the only downside was the restaurant being closed. There were a couple of places to eat nearby but they were both closed for the summer holidays?? There is a shopping/restaurant centre about a 15 min walk away which was a nice place to wander around and plenty of places to eat. Sunday morning however it was a ghost town with NOTHING open, not even at the station. But the hotel was fine and we would stay there again which is the main thing.

This is a business hotel in business neighborhood. It is very convenient, quiet, room are clean, though tiny (this is Paris!). The staff was extremely friendly and a special note for the restaurant downstairs which is excellent.

maybe I just did not find it, but a coffee maker would have been nice. Other than that OK -- much nicer room than last time, could be they made renovations.

Room and breakfast was good but the gym and steam room were not operational which was disappointing

Nothing special about the hotel, good for a quick business trip, especially if in the local business parks. The restaurant does a very good lunch and dinner, but breakfast is disappointing.

Nice hotel and bed is a bit hard. This is billed as a 3 star hotel and on our 10 day trip ALL the other hotels, 3 and 2 star, had better breakfast options for clients. In addition, you have to pay for Wifi and it is not cheap, rather disappointing. Location was ok but not easy to find if you are not from the region and without a GPS

We stayed here for one night, and were told at check in that they were not able to accommodate our request for two rooms near each other or even on the same floor as they were full. This was not a huge problem in itself, but it showed us how variable their rooms are. The room allocated on the 3rd floor was alright, and seems to have been recently refurbished. It was very cramped though. The second room was booked as a room for 2 adults and one child and we were allocated a room right next to the lift on the first floor. This room was quite clearly a single room, used for disabled travellers. The bed was not a double and was not capable of holding 2 adults and a child. There were pubic hairs in the bath and on the floor, and the room was shabby and not well maintained. At about 9pm two busloads of chinese tourists arrived, and they spent the next 3 hours talking, laughing, shouting and knocking on random doors.... all in the corridor outside our room. I complained 3 times, and eventually the manager asked them to keep the noise down. So, in short, this hotel was dirty, hot, noisy, shabby, run down and slow to respond to a valid complaint about noise. Would I stay here again? No - would rather sleep in my car. Not what you should expect from a Holiday Inn.

This Holiday Inn was a great place to get away from the bustle of Paris. Saint-Quentin is a quiet destination, aside from where the main highway and train roll through. The outdoors are thick with green grass and foliage, and chirping birds liven the air. Located a bit beyond Versailles, the town is a 25-minute ride on the RER C line from the Saint-Michel Notre-Dame station, which is about 5 euro each way. The walk from the train station to the hotel goes through a relaxing campus of residential buildings. There are an epicerie, a boulangerie, a more complete grocery store, as well as a pizzeria and a sushi restaurant in this complex. We brought groceries and wine back to the hotel. The room itself had comfortable beds, a flatscreen tv, and air conditioning. There was no refrigerator. Wireless internet was available for a fee.
