Great stay for the price!

We arrived late, and only stayed 1 night. I will stay again. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the breakfast buffet was pulled after the server told me it would be available until 10:30.

Poor customer service. Called 3 times to the front desk before arriving to update payment information and was asked all 3 times to be placed a hold. Instead of being placed on hold I was hung up on. Called the 4th time and when someone finally answered she informed me that she had a customer in front of her and needed to place me on hold which she did that time. Stayed on hold about 15-20 mins to no one coming back to phone. When I arrived to check in the lady at the desk was on a personal call on her cell phone and did not get off until I started fussing about my earlier incident when someone else. When checking out the next day receptionist was on her personal cell again and do not ever get off.

Will certainly stay here whenever in the area. Very nice staff. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was great. Could not ask for a better place to stay!

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. The little mini “kitcken” area was the best part. Also very pleased by how clean it was. Definitely will come back.

The heat didn’t work in the room. To me people making too much noise past 12 until daylight.. outside and inside, Hollering fighting and such, very cold in our room I was so disappointed. Still enjoy the place. It was was just one of those days.

We evacuated from Louisiana (hurricane Francine). Staff was kind and helpful, rooms were clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely staff, clean room, quiet, parking right outside door very convenient. Breakfast was ok, coffee was good, more options (pancakes, cheese, fresh fruit etc) would’ve been great. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect. I stayed with my husband and 3 kids. Breakfast was great as well.

Don’t let the price fool you. It may be cheap, but it’s really nice! I was pleasantly surprised! Beds were comfy, room was nicely updated, it had a stove top, dishwasher, & full fridge. Exceeded our expectations!!

This hotel was extra nice and clean. It is located in a great place. Shopping center across the street and several restaurants near. I would definitely stay here again!

I would stay here again. We had a soccer tournament at the foley sports tourism facility and this hotel was just 4 minutes from the field. This hotel has been recently renovated and it was nicer than I anticipated for what we paid per night. Lots of dining options and shopping surrounding the hotel. We felt safe. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Breakfast was hot and good. The only thing I’d change if I could would be the lower the normal water pressure in the shower. If we play in Foley again, this will be the hotel we book.

Have stayed here before and it was ok. I went out on a limb this time and booked here again and so glad I did. They have completely redid their rooms and modernized everything. Great stay and will stay here again for sure.

We had a excellent 3 day stay. The room was very clean and supplied with everything that we needed. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great! I will definitely stay there again!

The place was amazing. Felt safe, lot of lighting in the parking lot. Front service staff great. Free breakfast with hot & cold items. The pool & hot tub were great. The rooms were beautiful and bed was comfy. I registered that we were bringing our dog, hotels.com didnt mention there was a charge. The staff member advised me of that so it was a surprise.

This hotel is very clean and updated . Pool and hot tub stay open late which is great for after the beach or shopping . Beaches , food , and shopping malls are close everything is nearby and convenient . Hotel staff are very polite and kids are welcomed . The breakfast was hot and good every morning . I recommend this location .

My flight was delayed and i received a courtesy call from the hotel from a very helpful staff. The property is neatly kept and the rooms are spacious and tidy. The staffs are very helpful and couteous. Its a great place to stay

Health inspectors closed pool for not having chemical in it
