Decently priced for what it is. Close to everything, walking distance to restaurants/ grocery store. Room was clean, bed could have been better but overall decent night stay! Our WiFi didn’t work so that sucked.

Despite being an older building, property is well maintained with friendly staff. Room was clean, bed and sheets were comfortable as well. Only major complaint was the loud fridge and bathroom fan. Location is conveniently located right off the highway and surrounded with grocery stores, starbucks, restaurants etc. Overall a good experience and would come back again.

This was a last minute booking due to power outage at home. The room was clean and comfortable. There are lots of restaurant options within walking distance and a supermarket and drug store as well. Its easy access to the freeway with plenty of gas stations nearby too. The buffet breakfast was free and well stocked. All in all a great place to stay.

Heater in room was sooooo loud!!

Great little place off the hwy and close to a plaza so quite convenient.

It was close to my workplace and plenty of shops around. Staff were cordial and room was clean

Overall we liked the location and the hotel. Check in person could be more inviting rather than using one word answers. Felt like she did not enjoy the job and was there for a paycheck.

The property is old and rundown. Popcorn ceiling all around makes it look like we are in the 50s. Stains in the curtain and bathtub, very gross. The bathtub drain is very slow. The woman in the front desk was very rude. One morning we wanted to use the restroom in the lobby after breakfast but it ran out toilet paper so we asked for one. She said if we were guests, we should have used the toilet in our room. We told her that it was used (we were a family of 4) and we just wanted to use the restroom in the lobby because we just had breakfast there. She was giving us a hard time saying that the restroom was only for employees (it didn't have that sign, it had a huge restroom sign), she said we had to wait for the housekeeping the next day to get the toilet paper, etc. After a while, she gave in and she took the toilet paper which was apparently was stored right behind her! She was just totally lazy and rude!

For a budget hotel it was clean as expected.

one of the better Confort Inns these days, but still not what the chain us to be. they take a $150.00 deposit what?

So far it’s going well. Check in was ok. Waited a bit for staff to come back to the front desk. After that smooth sailing.

The plumbing was noisy at night.

Very fast and courteous check-in, but we didn't like that all of the pillows were basically half-sized pillows. Other than that we loved it.

Katja was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Bed was so comfy, and room was very clean and roomy.

Bed bugs. Took video and pictures. And they weren’t going to refund me even though I literally walked into the room, saw one on the corner of the bed, took a video and walked right back out to show the front desk. I whispered it because the lobby was full and I was embarrassed for them. They offered to move me to a different room but no refund because I used Expedia. Expedia took care of it but not without a long phone call, some tears and I had to email them the video before they believed me because the front desk was saying it was a stink bug. It was about the size of a small apple seed and we have stink bugs back home- they do not look like that. So I’d recommend avoiding that place.

Good full breakfast. Room was clean. We had a handicap room as my husband is a paraplegic. The beds are very high for a paraplegic to transfer into. Otherwise, it was a great room for us.

The hotel is located right next to a major shopping area with restaurants, groceries, banking, and coffee shops. Plus it’s only 8 miles from my work so it works well now that I’m back in the office.

When I took a shower the water won’t drain so there’s water all over and I keep hearing noises like people walking around

Checkin was a breeze. It was nice to be able to checkin at 3:00 pm instead of 4:00. Made a world of difference for our trip.

The hot water was brown when turned on.. I couldn’t take a shower or have a bath and or use any of it until in the last half hour before checking out. I informed the front desk about the problem and could not accommodate someone coming to check while me and the family was in the room ,but they said that they couldn’t send someone until the room was vacated.. also because I booked through Expedia there was nothing they could do.. I had to attend a conference for two days so the stay was horrible without being able to take a proper shower at least.. I had booked another room also ,so I was able to use that one to wash and all.. I didn’t expect any of these to happen..

Great room and breakfast. Only issue was some of the outlets didn’t work.

It did what it had to do at a nice price. Checkout time is too early at 1100.

Very clean, good breakfast, safe neighborhood. Highly recommended.
