We definitely enjoyed our stay. Amazing place to stay if you have little ones. Super clean areas. Breakfast was amazing. They offered a rotating hot breakfast each morning so it was nice having something different everyday during our stay. The staff was amazing and catered to our needs super fast! 10/10!! Will definitely be retuning and recommending to others!

it is absolutely disgusting the hotel provides no daily room service cleaning after post covid pandemic. According to their new policy, they only provide house keeping service if the same guest stays at the room for more than 7 nights.
Again it is disgusting to not clean daily or even every two days.
I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

This was our main hub for my daughter’s back to back Cali meet. It felt like our home away from home! Perfect place to reset for our events! Offers good breakfast my hubby and daughter enjoyed. Social hour is a nice add on! Parking is included in our nightly rate. We had a pleasant stay! Will use again if our next event is in SoCal!

Last minute stay, didn’t want to drive home after family reunion. The room was great and very spacious. Food was great in the morning. I think my only complaint is the large charge for pets. Great place to stay when more than 1 person.

This hotel was perfect for our family of 4 for our week long stay. The breakfast was great and the social hours were a nice touch too. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and the hotel grounds were well maintained as well. Staff was top notch!

As a family we lived our stay at the chase suits. The room was clean, water pressure in the shower was GREAT! The king size bed wwas very comfortable. The only compliment i have was the pullout bed was to thin. The customer service was wonderful and the pool was great.

Excellent suite - large with convenient kitchen. Room faced Imperial Hwy so heavy traffic noise. All else was good.

This was a nice place to stay. The dront desk staff was really nice and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are nice. Size of the kitchen was great and the pool area is a bonus. We used the grill mwhile there, heads up its 5 bucks a hour. Not bad though. They sell wood in the office for fireplace. We enjoyed making smores. The area though you cannot get any delivery for food after 7:45. This was a huge bummer for us. It is a food desert. Breakfast was fantastic great choices and they switch it up. The free cocktail hour was great. I enjoyed the room. About 30 mins from disneyland which is why we stayed. Maybe a little to far for us.

I always likevcoming to the Chase Hotel in Brea California i love the peace and tranquility of the area, and my rooms ive stayed at all have been very clean the staff are all very professional and nice its they have a nice breakfast everyday for thise who want it an its pretty good i must say.on my last trip i was actually in a new room ive not been in before and i got to say i think they nd to put a new bed n that room on saying this ive been staying at the Chase for over a year and have never had any problems. If your un satisfied they will take care of the problem to make your stay comfortable for you. I will continue returning to the Chase Hotel because of there care they give there customers and i truly appreciate there sincerity, professionalism.. always be my g to Hotel

I purposely chose a ground floor location with no view for peace & privacy. Other units had views if desired. The suites were spacious, clean, comfortable & stocked with what we needed in the kitchen. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff too. We will definitely go back!

Did not live up to reviews. Microwave did not work. Bathroom lock broken. Found pills on the floor and hair on blankets. Very confused by 9.0 rating. Main door felt very unsafe.
