Location is great. Underground and buses are nearby, and also the supermarket. Breakfast is good and have so much choices.

The sofa where the kids slept makes too much noise!! Room is large and confortable

Excellent Hôtel Outstanding breakfast

Nice hotel, quite big and a walk to the back wing where my room was. I think the rooms could do with a few USB plugs to easily charge my phone. Everything was great, the housekeeper did my room every day which is rare these days. Piano bar was classy. I would stay here again.

Gabulous breakfast

Very dated. We had the family room which we thought included a double bed with two twins. Unfortunately the double bed turned out to be a sofa bed. Very uncomfortable.

When we checked in the room that was given to us had a problem with the air conditioning. The next day Michael (manager at the front desk) was very kind enough to help us change the room and give us a better room. Overall the hotel is nice, staff is very good specially Michael and Fox, but the rooms are a bit old for the amount that was being charged.

A very nice hotel in good condition. Smooth check in and helpful staff at the front desk. However when asking for an iron none was available and we didn’t get one later either. The fridge in the room didn’t work. When pointing that out nothing happened.

Excellent sauna, swim facility. Massage service at Cocoon was exceptional... very professional.

Stay was great... just the 10 hour walk from the reception to the room was all that i could fault

There is no spa. The hotel is decent but there is no spa like advertised.

Good hotel well located but service mixed. Reception staff delightful and helpful but others (restaurant and bar) not friendly at all!

All good no issues. Good location & competitive price, very clean and comfy room with everything you could possibly need for a three night stay.

Bad stuff, bad condition bad location bad services bedroom dirty room

Awful place. Air Con did not work (I asked twice for it to be fixed) - Fridge did not work - TV did not work - was given a warm bottle of water on checking in (see comment about fridge) and was told we would have to pay for more water. Our room was not actually in the hotel but was 200 meters away in a separate building down a very long underground corridor. The bar was excellent but the rest of it needs a complete over haul. AVOID STAYING HERE

Hotel so good. Breakfast perfect. There is only issue is wi-fi problem

The place was nice but under construction and thus not comfortable walking to my room. In addition I was on the furthest point from the front desk, felt that way, and made for a guaranteed accomplishment of my steps every day.

At checkin we were not informed that there would be no power in the hotel from 0.30 till 4.30 leaving me and my girlfriend without a light, we ended up having to charge our phones in the car. We didn't sleep much since the rooms were very very warm. Because there was no power there was also no airconditioning. We did not feel comfortable in our rooms knowing there was no light source available. Impossible to go to the bathroom in the dark. Etc. etc. the hotel staff were friendly and understanding but didn't have much of a solution as of yet. This has been the worst hotel experience I've had so far. We took this hotel to rest after a long day of driving so we could drive back another long way well rested. If I had known this I would not have booked.

The stay was really AMAZING and COMFORTABLE

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel immensely, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was above and beyond and the service was exemplary.
