It was very clean. The breakfast could have been a little more ample the first day but it was good the second morning. The staff was friendly. We would stay again.

Checkin was great, very nice front desk. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Blanket on bed was tattered and thin. Room was noisy, could hear doors slamming outside. Lots of traveling construction workers use this hotel, many were hanging around outside in the parking lot when I checked in at 8pm.

The hotel was clean and a distant price. But I don't think we will stay there again. The room always felt damp no matter what we tried, the breakfast was cold every morning with the exception of the waffles. But the worst thing was that the bathroom always smelled of cigarette smoke! I feel that this is a common problem that they have, as at night when we where coming back (we tried to stay out of the room as much as possible) or when taking the dogs outside we could small someone smoking. Nether my wife or myself smoke and the staff was polite when we brought this to them. Overall 3 stars based on the fact that it was clean and the staff was nice.

Very clean, cozy, large rooms. The breakfast was partially gone and not refilled after serving it for 30min. The window for breakfast is 2 hours and we waited a bit but nothing occurred so we left. Skipped it next morning because of this. Otherwise everything was great.

Stay was ok. The staff was friendly. Breakfast area clean and had good variety. Problems with the room. Our room had a very musty smell. Appears that the air conditioner was leaking into the carpet. Couldn’t get another room as the hotel was booked for the entirety of our stay.

Stayed overnight for a funeral in Hendersonville. Let us check in early, staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice large clean room, easy access off I-26, very quiet and plenty of parking. Will definitely stay here again.

This was a spur of the moment stay as I was driving during flash flooding, heavy rains, and tornado watch conditions on 5/8/2024. I just needed to get inside safely to let the stormy weather pass, I found this hotel on my Hotels.com app and was thrilled to get such a great room, at a great rate, right along my route!

as a traveler who feels one doesn't have to spend alot to get a good value if they do their homework, I found this facility to be top notch. Roomy, clean, quiet, friendly staff, and obvious that they take pride in how the place is presented. Delicious hot breakfast and 24 coffee. Have paid alot more and have gotten alot less so needless to say will be booking here in the future. BTW...pool looked inviting and a decent clean fitness room.

It is rated 8.8 and in a great location. We were not disappointed. Clean, friendly and safe. The best value in the Hendersonville/ Flat Rock area. We’ll stay there again as long as they keep up the good standards.
