The first day we checked in it was all right but the next morning I was really awakening to construction and they did not say anything about construction. There was no ice machine available no clean linen. dirty bed is not clean has things on the sheet and pillowcases blood to be exact floor was nasty. Paul was super nasty. The pool the Jacuzzi was super nasty. The elevator is outdated like they shouldn’t be up and running. They need to update it. I was told I was gonna refund at first, then I was told I can get a refund only if I checked out

Didn't even stay walked right out

No Ice and no towels no bar soap restroom door did not lock.

I requested a room with 2 queen beds and i got a room with 2 double beds and a queen spiders with babies. I asked to be switched to a cleaner room with the correct size beds and the rep said they didnt have anything and gave me my money back. Although i was not able to find any other rooms close by, we had to drive 2 hours away to go back home at 1am.

Avoid. It’s more like a motel for transients !

The location is good. Right off the freeway. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. The place itself is very old and dated and not like the photos you see on here. You do get what you pay for and the people that stay there were ghetto. Our room was a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke. We didn't use the pool but that was very dirty as well. Our sink was not working well. Hardly any water coming out of it. Our room was just dingy. We needed a place to sleep and we checked in at 4 am so didn't even bother to ask for a different room. Overall I would not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone else.

I really enjoyed living here. The environment is very good and quiet. It is located in the core area, convenient for transportation, and close to Highway 10. I will definitely come again next time if I have the chance.

Dirty place and unsafe

Beds were very comfortable! A little basic inside, but the area was very quiet with lots of parking. The door was opening from the outside even with the lock on but they came and it started locking properly. No breakfast offered but we were told a ihop was down the street.

The towels and floor was dirty. The room smelled like cigarettes and I had booked a non-smoking room. I had booked 2 queen beds and got double beds.

I felt cheated. The hotel said it was renovated in 2021, but in fact, the hotel facilities are very old and unclean.

Amazing restaurant next door lots of others across the street it clean rooms very pleasant

The room was dirty, the bed covers were dirty in the bathroom there was a fake nail from other guests the elevator they have felt like it wasn’t safe to be on and just over all it wasn’t clean at all front desk said they don’t even have a cleaning lady.

Can't lock door, dirty out dated

Old furniture, worn out bathroom with no water pressure to take shower. Not secure room door. This place is only good for one night stands.

Very unfriendly staff dirty room. Avoid, actually dont go there at all!!

It's l a weather always nice

bed is squeaky, has stains on it. the bed are not comfortable to sleep on.

This place needs a serious overhaul .. it’s disgusting.. had a drunk moaning homeless guy right in front of my door.. lack of security .it took the front office a few hours to kick out the homeless guy ..

Parking and it was right off the freeway.

I stayed at this place for 11 days.upon checking in, I was told I was getting an “UPGRADE” since they aren’t that busy(now I know why) I had to ask to be moved rooms since the initial room looked more like a $40/night rather than the $99-$110/night they charged. Never stayed at a filthier place before. The room I was transferred at was a little better, but not much. The TV was not working so I called the front desk and was told to wait for the room service person. Once she got there, she had no idea what to do, so I called front desk again to no avail. I ended up not having TV access for the rest of my stay. Here’s a list of what I found. •Mold •Dirty floors •Filthy walls(bathroom wall looks like you can see graffiti that was painted over) •TV wasn’t working •Slow Wi-Fi •Poor customer service

Overall nice location relaxing environment. However, one of the queen beds had dirty sheets smelled like pee! Had my husband check as well so I’m not crazy.

I stayed at this hotel before and I like it because in comparison to others is more quiet.

Dust in the room. 1 of the bed is smelly like a fish when I remove the cover. They did not clean the room as requested. Just removed the garbage bag, not bother to clean the floor. Never recommended to anybody!

Bathroom tub had lots of hair, toilet was filthy, floors dirty, refrigerator dirty, walls in bathroom are gross.

Bad hotel had A MURDER SUSPECT HERE LAST WEEK

Restroom light switch wasn’t clean looked like blood or makeup make up smeared toilet seat was clean. It looked like it was just wiped down with a wet rag after I put toilet paper on it to sit down. The toilet paper was stuck to the toilet seat. I tried to take a shower and the shower knob fell off.
