I pulled the corners of the sheets back to look for bed bugs and the mattress pad had stains and multiple short hairs on it. On both beds it looked like the pads were really in need of washing. It was late and we had traveled all day so I decided not to ask for another room but I did take a picture and send it to the woman at the front desk who said she'd send it to the manager. I thought the manager might contact me with an apology but I didn't hear anything. I also saw two small bugs in the room. The breakfast is "grab and go," oatmeal is the most substantial thing served. You can probably do better for the same price.

Very nice and helpful staff. Heather made surr I had an approprite pet room. Breann found my credit card and made surr she got it to me !!! Room needs repairs and upgrades but clean .

I booked 2 double beds and was given 1 king for 3 adults. We had to change properties because they could not honor my initial booking.

Upon check in door key didnt work 2 times. Front desk agent hiding in back room all the time have to wait her to come to desk. No name badge worn and started arguing with me that i throw the room key towards her, eventhough she wasn't in the front desk.
No single USB charging port in the room.

I was quite pleased with our stay. Every staff person I interacted with was nice and professional. We had a studio room which was clean, in good condition and met our needs. Good deal for the price.

This place is a wonderful option for a weekend stay just don’t expect the nicest hotel you’ve seen in your life definitely due for some renovations but overall solid

Parking convenient. Advertising free breakfast should say continental breakfast. Only coffees, muffins and cereal. Staff do not clean rooms unless you stay 7 days. Staying 5 days you’re on your on as for cleaning.

No Wi-Fi password in room. Phone to call front desk didn't work so had to go to front desk for assistance, a guest standing there was the one who helped.

Room was clean as was the property, staff was outstanding. Even the a/c filters were clean… I would definitely stay again… the price was outstanding!!!

There was only one bedside table which I found quite weird.
So on one side of the bed we did not have a table they need to fix that.
Also there was no hair dryer which I was relying on there to be one.

Called 3 times during the early afternoon to ask a question about check-in and nobody answered. Then it took 20 minutes to check in once i arrived at the hotel.

Wasn't the easiest to find, but the service was pretty good and the rooms were better than what I'm used to when I stay at a hotel, refrigerator, stove, sink, desk.

The earlly am front desk clerk is very rude and nasty, she also refrenced me as the colored gurl.

There was no feminine products on site for my daughter that wasn't prepared and laundry machine was way to expensive. Other than that so far no complaints

Nasty nasty nasty hotel! We found bedbugs on the bed. Crawling on the pillow! Thank god I checked before we even laid down! Fridge was gross , shower wasn’t cleaned

The hotel was clean, comfy and convenient. Only thing was the site says on the go breakfast and they even asked at the desk if it would be available at 6am when they would head out for work, staff said coffee and muffins would be, they weren't...

Hotel is old. No coffee maker in room. Drain in tub was slow, by end of shower standing in ankle deep water. Toilet continued to run unless it was jiggled. Would not stay there again, but location was where we needed.

All the facility ans staff were good. Except the bathroom roof had huge water bubble which can flood the bathroom. Also kitchen floor when you walk water comes out from the cracks.Need upgrade the rooms.

The dirtiest, most disgusting hotel experience of my life. The room they initially gave me wasn't vacuumed, didn't have running water in the bathroom, fresh looking blood stains on the carpet, remote was found wedged in a chair with a used bandaid on it. The worst hotel I've ever experienced. Truly disgusting.

Very good for the value. The place is quiet and clean, and accessible from the highway. Restaurants are walkable.

The 3 days that my mom was there they did not clean the room the rugs were dirty a confirmation said two queen size beds there was two full size beds everything in there was old not even up to date very disappointed
