The room was very nice but the shower very slippery and the sink would back up and we had to clean it and remove a lid in the sink to get it working again.

We had to change rooms 3 times. First time the toilet was leaking all over the floor and down to the level below us. Then the room they moved us to was dirty with a dirty unflushed toilet and slept in bed. Finally our last room was good. We had driven in from el paso with our 2 little kids so we were exhausted from unpacking and packing back up between rooms. But don't desk Phillip was amazing and so very sweet, he did his absolute best.

Stayed 1 night only thankfully. Booked and used points which paid for a third of price. From photos online and regular price of room thought it had to be nice and updated. Clean is just a given to expect anywhere. Got in late. Lobby was so hot and stuffy. Rm was on third floor. Old hotel. Tub as very slow drain immediately filling during shower. A/C old and loud. Pulled back sheets to find stains! Pillows and mattress hard and lumpy. Didn’t sleep well at all and we were on a driving road trip. Very disappointed and feel I wasted my points. At check out front desk offered us 2 waters and snacks for the trouble. Would have LOVED a credit or points back!! Not having good luck with Albuquerque anytime we pass through.

The place was very quiet and our RM was very comfortable the only thing was our drain in the shower was slow

Check in was easy! Our plan was delayed a day and they worked with hotels.com to get that day refunded. Called us by name the whole stay. Helpful with directions and advice on what to do in the area.

It it's what I would expect from a $100 room but unfortunately paid $400 because of being close to the balloon park!

This place was very clean and plenty of space for four adults and two small pups. The pet fee is very reasonable and there was an exit near our room which made it very easy to take the dogs out.

I expected nicer facilities due to the location of this property. It is older, which is ok, but had musty smell from the AC and carpet. I did not like having to use the side doors at night. That made me feel unsafe.

The rooms were excellent, but the common areas not so much. The hot tub (the reason we chose this property) was out of order; a front desk clerk had to always open the fitness room door because the key opener was malfunctioning; and the entire juice machine at breakfast was not working. This hotel could be exceptional with a little TLC.

We arrived 20 mins. early with our two children (after a long drive) and asked if we were able to check in, the lady at the desk was very unfriendly and told us that there were no rooms available and that we would have to wait until the check-in time of 3 for a room to be available. The room was nice and clean, but the continental breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Could never get the a/c/heater unit to work. Asked at front desk-no help. We were warm at first then were cold in the middle of the night.
Breakfast was mediocre at best.
Too much money for what you get.
Stayed here many times through our travels to Arizona. Will rethink that in the future.

It was nice we enjoyed iur stay. They service we got was very good and friendly. Breakfast was okay, but they need to have enough prepared to serve and more seating area..Other wise it was ok.. We really enjoyed the stay and plan to stay again whenever we go back. 😊
