Hotel was not clean, smokey, and looked like it housed the homeless.

Nothing. Place was a dump.

The bed was comfortable. However there was no comforter on the bed. The TV did not work as the remote needed new batteries. When asked the front desk for new batteries was told they didn’t have any and only options were to change rooms or go with no TV. The only ice machine was on the first floor. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, very limited options, cereal but no milk, food but no drinks and food was cold.

The hotel is on the decline and it was not what it used to be. Pool was closed. The room smelled of cigarettes. The lamp shade appeared to be damaged. There was a hole in the carpet. The room felt dirty.

There was nothing I liked about the property. It was extremely dirty and smelled of marijuana.

Very disgusting

On July 27 I booked a room at the baymont, it shouldn’t matter why except that when I arrived to the baymont I was refused to be able to check in because my address was with in so many miles from the hotel.. my hot water heater went out in the middle of the night and I needed a room so I could shower before work the next morning. There was nothing about this policy on hotels.com and when I asked the night employee at baymont I was told the policy had just been put into place a few hours before so hotels.com hadn’t had a chance to even see that I’m sure anyway I was refused but my card was charged the hotel wouldn’t refund the money stating I had to call the property manager. I could. It get a manager of any sort on the phone just someone from their rewards program that told me I had to pay 60 dollars to join their rewards program for them to look up the information. Hotels.com can’t refund the money until the speak with a manager and no one has called or answered and I still haven’t been refunded for the room I never stayed in

Hotel is very run down. No trash can or drinking glasses in the room. Breakfast was not great. Staff was good , but had to make excuses about the conditions of the Hotel. Will not be going back.

This is the third property that I've been to where the amenities were not correct the swimming pool was not working

Arriving at the property I was told that they couldn’t give me the room because I was a local. This was never mentioned during the reservation process, which would have meant I would have no place reserved to stay the night, if it wasn’t for my friend having an out of state ID. It was u fortunate because w could have saved ourselves the horrendous experience. The sink that is in the middle of the room was leaking like a waterfall onto the floor creating a puddle in the carpet. The recessed light was hanging out of its socket from the ceiling, there was no shampoo or soap in the restroom. The entire room was impregnated with the smell of smoke, which we were never asked if smoking was ok. The pool was almost completely empty with trash and green goo at the bottom. Hands down, the worst experience at any lodging establishment. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they said they were aware of all the issues and didn’t have a handyman, and blamed it on new management. Seems irresponsible and unsanitary conditions.

I would absolutely stay away from this place especially if you have children. This area and the hotel is not safe. The area was not kept. It was very sketchy. The pool didn’t work, the ice machine didn’t work, and you could tell someone had smoked weed in our room. We sucked it up and stayed a night since we were out and about the majority of that day, but rained moved in which caused us to be stuck at the hotel for long periods. During this time we learned that our tv didn’t work and the tv stand was barely being held together. It almost fell on my daughter. I went down stairs to ask to change rooms or fix the tv and they told me there was absolutely nothing they could do. So what did I pay for at this hotel? A crappy room and HORRIBLE breakfast. They literally didn’t have syrup, sugar, or plates.

The area was run down and not kept up, weeds growing in flower areas, and the building. needs some paint.

We arrived to a dirty room not cleaned at all. It smelled really bad. Breakfast was not all that. Over all it was a crappy experience 😔😕

It looked very good in the photos on the internet and the reality is different for the price and when we arrived the rooms looked like the old scratched furniture the elevator needed service the pool was not serviceable outside there was a mountain of garbage the room was very poor

First of all, an unpleasant smell, the pool was not open, everything was very old, it was not clean.

Wifi signal was terrible.

The room had a water leak in the ceiling, right in the bathroom, there was a flood, the noise of the water falling kept me from sleeping, the only good thing was that Expedia refunded me what I paid for the room.

Smelly, and Nasty Hotel, beds are falling apart, I had a really bad experience in that nasty hotel, my back is hurting from sleeping in those broken matress

This hotel was horrible. We have stayed a quite a few hotels during this trip, this was the worst. The bathroom was so run down, I didn’t even want to take a shower. Outside our window was what should have been the pool that was filled with garbage.

The staff were very friendly during check in and check out. Overflowing trash around the dumpster backed up to the parking lot almost made me cancel.

Our room was dirty. Sheets disgusting with stains. Holes everywhere on the walls. Door lock was broke to you could only lock the door one way. Pool was broke, and just felt unsafe. We ended up leaving the property.

Staff is amazing and if i could recommend on them alone i would. Unfortunately the property is broken down and seriously needs to be renovated. I know they’re working on it and in a few months it may be a different story. Staff, again, is amazing and doing the best with what they have.

During our recent stay at this hotel. Firstly, the pictures used are misleading and did not accurately represent the actual condition of the property. This was disappointing as we had based our booking decision on these images. Furthermore, we were not informed in advance that the pool, which was a key factor in our decision to book the hotel, was out of order for the duration of our stay. This lack of communication was frustrating and left us unable to enjoy the facilities as expected. Upon arrival, we discovered that the door to our room did not lock properly. Despite notifying the staff, we were informed that no other rooms were available and there was no maintenance personnel on site to address the issue. This forced us to improvise and use a luggage cart to secure the door for the first night, which was an inconvenience and made us feel uneasy about the security of our belongings. The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The air conditioning unit in our room was falling off the wall. We were moved to the following day and it didn’t meet our expectations either. The bathroom was in serious need of repair. The misleading pictures on the hotel's website, combined with the damp and poorly maintained atmosphere, left us feeling dissatisfied with our stay. Base on the misleading pictures, apoorly maintained property, and unhelpful night staff, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It appears the property is neglected.

You have been warned. This is a horrible Hotel. We were there 30 minutes before we left. There was hair in the bathtub. The pool and the hot tub were completely empty. There was black hair on the bed. Stains on the sheets. Smelled like smoke the minute we walked in. Do not under any circumstances rent a room from here.

They wont let locals stay there...need a refund

The room was in need of extensive repair. Mirror was laying in the bathroom sink. I requested to be moved and the next room wasn't much better. Sink faucet wasn't attached. Bathtub faucet dripped continuously. Chair cushion was stained and ripped.

So i reserved a room. And there add on here says pet friendly. One of the reason i picked this place. Upon arriving after traveling 800 miles theres a big sign on the front desk saying no pets. So we ended up haven't to find a different hotel last min. And now trying to get a refund for this hotel that had already changed us for the room.. on a positive note the Academy hotel directly across from this one has no pet fee. And was an amazing hotel with one of the best continental breakfast ive ever had.

The room was old. The fragrance of so.e cleaning solution was overwhelming. The paint and dryall texture rell on.my head while taking a shower. The morning coffee was not hot. Included breakfast was a few scrambled eggs and some overcooked sausage. Waffles were ok.

The hotel was out of business and had to go elsewhere

We drove 15 hours from Texas to Colorado just to arrive and have no room. When we arrived at approximately 5pm, they informed us that our reservation had been cancelled, and no other rooms were available. However, it was a blessing in disguise, it did not feel safe with the people that were in and around the hotel at that time. We gladly took our business elsewhere.
