Our room smelled terrible. Mediocre rooms but we were in a crisis and needed some place to stay the night.

Well... not necessarily the hotels fault..maybe Hotels.com messed up but while traveling and hiking all day our three kids and us were looking forward to relaxing in the pool and especially the hot tub. After searching Hotels.com site and finding a few with hot tubs and pools listed we opted for this hotel only to arrive and find out the pool had some kind of pump broken so it was out of commission and even more frustrating there isn't a hot tub and I don’t think there ever was. I'm not trying to boo hoo over a hot tub and pool but when you book a room specifically because it lists them as amenities it is frustrating... three disappointed kids too. We also overhead the receptionist tell someone on the phone that the same room as ours would be $104 with taxes included... we paid $114. $10 is not a huge deal but we thought that Hotels.com's purpose was to save you money??? Despite the disappointment, the beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels for work, and this is one of the worst I’ve been in. We left in the middle of the first night- we couldn’t even stay a whole night. It was a terrible decision to stay there. Everything was sticky and felt skeezy. There were people loitering in the parking lot and sitting next to our car (no other cars nearby). The exterior doors were left open- no key card needed to access the building. In our room, there was a crack between the door and the wall that was about an inch wide where you could see into the hallway. Also, the walls and floors are super thin- you can hear everything upstairs and next to you. And the in-room fridge was warm. We woke up due to all the noise and felt itchy like things were crawling on us, so we bailed. We checked out early, but it was a fight to get our money back for the remaining nights on our reservation. Very sketchy management. Everyone in the reviews was upset about the hotel not having a hot tub. Seriously, the lack of hot tub is the least of your worries!

One of the beds had tiny ants all over it. The bath tub was dirty I cleaned it out before I used it.

The property was just off the freeway.

Beds were okay but the bathroom was old and mildewy. Peeling paint and funny odor!

On your app it said that they had a hot tub, which is why I booked here because I was having some back problems, but they do not have a hot tub! I even double checked when we got into the room because I thought maybe I had seen it wrong

First off the air conditioner in the room wouldn’t cool after many hours. It should have been replaced back in the 80’s. The place was not clean in general. And the stupid thing that took the cake was that the microwave was in FRENCH! None of us could get it to work because in Kentucky we don’t speak French!

Noisy till after midnight. Breakfast was bad. Milk was clabbered, eggs swimming in water and biscuits hard. We trashed iurs and went elsewhere to eat. Will never stay again

AC didnt work and smelled musty and moldy in the whole room. Bathroom was not user friendly, nowhere to put toiletries. No hot breakfast in the morning as staff didnt show for work.

The ad stated indoor pool and hot tub, there wasn’t a hot tub on site. Also, breakfast is available daily, however our 2nd morning there was not much available due to not having enough staff. Was highly disappointed because there were several good options for breakfast.

We came to stay due to a funeral and we stayed over. Desk personnel was quick and very nice. Room was nice and clean. Kids loved the pool and breakfast was great!

Hot tub was on the website. You dont have one.

It smells musty

The property lists HOT TUB as an amenity on Expedia. THEY DO NOT HAVE A HOT TUB. When we informed the front desk, she said that she knew about the error in the listing, that the GM had been informed repeatedly, and that he/they "refused to correct issue." The front desk also indicated a "shortage" of coffee and towels for the rooms.

Room was very clean and spacious. Hotel is in a good location and staff were friendly. My only issues were guest noise after midnight (kids running down hallways) andyhe bed was hard. I like a firm mattress but it was like sleeping on the floor.

This hotal shows on line that it has a hot tub it does not. It has a heated pool. And it was closed for a private party for the bulk of the time we where there. The staff was very friendly. The biggest down fall for our stay was the noise. Kids where running up and down the halls all hours of the night. We have kids so we are use to the kid noise but both my husband and I made a comment that this is the noisiest place we have ever stayed. As a couple that say in hotels alot for travel. This will be one that we will stay away from

The lady that was working housekeeping was excellent in asking what we needed and taking our trash and towels! She was super friendly and we appreciated that!

Rooms are old and have an unpleasant smell. Many dogs at the property even though they only accept service dogs. Breakfast was alright and the service was fine. The steakhouse next door is great and salvaged the night.

We love the hotel, have a good enough condition, the person who was in the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room is big enough for my family, (5 person) the room was clean, we love that the hotel is close to a very good restaurant too. Yes, we recommend this place.
