This is absolutely my favorite Hotel and location to stay on my way up north and back down South. The place is awesome. The area is awesome and the Staff are superb. Wont stay anywhere else

I booked with Hotels.com and was added a fee for my pet which Hotels did not show on thier site. The hotel said they could do nothing as they have no control over the 3rd party bookings. The hot tub was closed and filthy and the pool was open with some item floating in the bottom of it. There was also lifted metal rails around the decking of the pool area. Furthermore, the picture listed with Hotel.com was of an indoor pool which they did not have. It was a $300 stay; checked in at 6:30pm and checked out 12 hours later thank goodness!

When we entered the hotel the hallways smelled very badly. It proceeded to still be a problem when we entered our room, 335. Floors were very damp and wet to the touch. The room also smelled very badly. It was unfortunate that we got there so late because if we have gotten there earlier I would have asked change rooms but we were too tired and needed to sleep cuz we had been on the road for 12 hours. We were extremely unsatisfied and disappointed with the quality of the room. Given that ratings online were very high, the room definitely did not represent that. The room was actually so bad we think we should have a refund. We definitely will tell others not to stay there.

Stacy at the front desk was warm and friendly and very knowledgeable! Awesome check in. Gigantic cockroach in the elevator. The room was not clean- especially the shower!!

Great staff! Loved the hotel and especially every staff member. Only complaint is we had a beautiful suite with beautiful sliding barn doors. But because of that, we couldn’t lock the bathroom or bedroom door. Perfect for a honeymooning couple, but uncomfortable for a family with children. Even taking a shower undisturbed was difficult. Would have been amazing if we were just a couple!

The staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms and common areas were cleaned and tidy. Breakfast and coffee were hot and available. Everything was done as well as it could be given what the staff had to work with. However the quality of everything was poor. Poor quality coffee and food. Our room was damp and mold was definitely apparent visibly and in the overall smell. There was mold on the tub caulking and rust on the metal fixtures lamp bases. Wall air unit had visible signs of mold and mildew. Unfortunately efforts to clean everything didn’t make up for the overall deterioration.

We booked 2 rooms; 1 room had a small blood stain on the door frame going to the bathroom. The other room had a bug in the bathroom & another on the wall. Not acceptable.
We should’ve stayed at Hilton Garden Inn nearby but I decided to book Hampton Inn because of the mainly very good reviews that I read on Expedia.
