My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Clean. Breakfast was good. My son and I enjoyed using the fitness center after driving all day.

The Hampton in is very assessable to the interstate, clean, and staff was friendly. The breakfast was AMAZING! We will definitely be staying here anytime we are in the Bristol area!

Door wouldn’t lock. Tv didn’t work.

We reserves a room in our hometown as we were having some interior painting done and because some friends were coming into town. So, we thought we would take the opportunity to have an evening out safely and could avoid paint fumes/mess. Our friends asked where we would recommend to stay and we said the Hampton Inn is always a good dependable choice. Once we arrived, we were informed that our stay would be refunded as the owner had chosen to NOT rent to locals. What?! The clerk stated that owners had a choice on whether to rent to locals and this owner had chosen not to do so due to 'issues with locals' in the last. We were stunned and confused. The clerk suggested that Fairfield Inn next door and stated that they 'would rent to locals'. We felt quite shocked and our friends were very disappointed that we would not be staying at the same location. We went to the Fairfield but it seemed less clean and attractive so we elected to go to exit 7 to the Courtyard by Marriott that establishment did not have issues renting to locals so we got a very nice (similarly priced) suite there. Our friends met us there and we went out to dinner and had a good time catching up. Just fyi, we are all educated professionals (surgeons, CPA and an RN. Guess we aren't perhaps the normal ''locals' to whom the Hampton Inn chooses not to rent. Disappointed in the Hampton In. For such an archaic and seemingly inane policy. Won't be recommending that location to our many friends and family who visit.

Every staff member we encountered was great and went above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was spotless. We have a group of 17 and we all had a great experience in all 6 rooms we had. If we come back to Bristol we will be staying here.

It was okay. Staff was not overly welcoming. Breakfast space was very small with very little seating. Rooms were mediocre.

Right from Checking in to Vacating the premises... Everything was clean, convenient area for dogs in back and nice little weight room. Breakfast was also delicious unlike Others hotels are Just cereal, muffins coffee. This Hampton Inn had eggs, waffles, sausages, bagels, toast, variety of muffins, juices, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, milk. I Will definitely stay here again!

1. Outside noise all night long. 2. A/C was either freezing or putting out heat. Adjusting by thermostat didn’t work. 3. The guide for the room TV was bogus…most programs were either game channel, infomercials or religious in nature. 4. Pillows were too soft.

The room was very nice, staff friendly and helpful

The room check in time was 3:00 which did not happen because they were behind in cleaning. When we finally were able to check in we could not get a military discount because we booked through Hotels.com and they would not honor a discount using a third party site. The room smelled of animals as they are “pet friendly.” It was noisy all night with dogs barking and people slamming their room door next to ours. I do not recommend staying here for the price.

Very nice and well maintained.

We arrived late due to car trouble. Check in was quick and easy. We were asleep within the hour. Breakfast was great and the lady preparing the food was working hard to keep everything filled and clean. Would definitely stay again

I liked everything about this place except the noise from the highway. It was very loud. Other than that the location is great and whdn the pool gets opened it wi be even bettrr.

The Hampton Inn was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, pillows were great, noise was negligible. It was convenient to restaurants and gas stations.
