Had unexpected charges, the place is noisy room doors are hard to open and the hallways are dirty. Bed sheets were itchy.

Whole favility was in disrepair. Breakfast was pretty basic. Floors were horrid made our feet dirty very quickly. By far one of the noisest hotels ive ever stayed at. kinda sketchy at times. All around not a pleasant experience. Dogs barking all night long.

When I check in I requested for downstairs since my mom’s legs are weak and we been going upstairs a lot on other properties that we stayed. The gentleman right away understood our need and gave us the closest room from the lobby and it’s downstairs. That was much appreciated!

Sometimes a lower price hotel can be missing some working features but this was fine

I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of the room I was in. Excellent bed with refrigerator, microwave, TV, and other amenities to the room. Despite being right on the main interstate highway, did not hear the noise. The included breakfast was good and plentiful. Overall, a good value for the price.

Would not stay there again. Disappointed with the hotel brand. I thought the hotel has minimum cleaness as well as good price. However it was just affordable

This place is a dump. My room wasn't vacuumed, with bits of dried food on the floor. There was something sticky on part of the carpet. I had a couple of flies in my room. The door handle just fell off when I first went to leave my room. The general manager seemed annoyed and short when I checked in. I said hello and acknowledged the staff more than they acknowledged me. The location felt sketchy too. Just an overall disappointing experience.

We arrived saturday night, nobody was at the desk. Had to ring the bell 3 times. Then a guy comes with the worst attitude to process our check-in. No elevator. Breakfast on Sunday from 6 to 9? No 10. Really? Is annoying. Breakfast is only carbs and coffee. No protein at all.

Just needed a place to sleep forb8 hrs. Convenient

This hotel was old and run down. The chair in our room looked like it came off the street. It was so dirty and stained. The remote was so gross. It had food all over it and was sticky. I would not go back to this hotel.

Honestly I'd prefer to stay in a small place like this. The workers were very nice, understanding, and helpful. Also efficient and treated everyone the same. Walls are thin and it's a little behind the time on locks and could use a remodel. But I think it's family ran at best of there ability I assume affordability asell, considering the economy. But it's obviously kept up to it's best. I would choose to stay here over many other places we have stayed bcuz of the way the workers run it. It was me my daughter and 3yr old granddaughter. We agree best place yet.

The room was run down, phone was broken and missing buttons, tv was not working, hdmi connectors were loose. Bathroom door had to be shoved to both close or open it. Wash towels by the sink were either stained or dirty. Creamer packs for the coffee were opened from previous stay. Only reason we stayed was because we are traveling with children and it was close to midnight at arrival.

This hotel is filthy beyond belief. It’s advertised as smoke free but it’s not; people smoked cigarettes as well as weed in there. Don’t stay there, especially with kids!

Funky. Tile floor with stickies and someone else’s hair. Sheets possibly already slept in. Way overpriced for what you get

The front desk staff were very nice. Unfortunately, the hotel building, hallways, and room were in very poor conditions. The room was not cleaned and the linen were stained and dirty. There was hair all over the washroom. The hallways were very dirty and have not been vacuumed in years. The hotel needs to take a look at their cleanliness policies.

The property was dirty and walking into the lobby was stifling hot and quite frankly, stunk like dirty clothes and cigarette smoke.

It was a great place to stay, the only drawback was the clothes dryer did not work well.

Was nice quiet clean place. Got lots of bed bug bites though. 2nd day, room wasn’t serviced for new towels. Guy that checked me in was very kind. Liked the ability to make waffles for breakfast.

It’s older but was clean. The afternoon manager was very accommodating and friendly. For someone just needing a bed and shower it is inexpensive.

Very rough area

Stayed one night because it was so close to the hospital and my mom had surgery very early the next day. The front desk gentleman was the only saving grace of this hotel. I did not read reviews prior to booking and definitely regretted that. The hotel is so dirty and there are very unsavory people there. I try not judge however there were people doing drugs in the car right below my window. Lots of people walking around outside the property. The back door is always propped open to let anyone inside. Our room was disgusting. My bed looked like it had stains on the comforter, upon inspection it was just worn so thin it was see through. I kept my shoes on the entire time. I would not recommend this hotel.

Inexpensive, easy reservation, easy check-in, plenty of plugs for charging devices, coffee maker worked, good tv

Check in was smooth, the guy at the desk was very kind! The room we got had a really bad odor and he was nice about switching our room! The over conditions of the hotel and room were dirty! Not the hotel fault but the room next door guest were super load at 4 in the morning and woke everyone up!

TV did not work. I had to unplug everything to reset it. Remote power button never worked, too late to have someone repair. The bed "creaked" when there was any movement. Shower was excellent. Breakfast was great.

This property had a good price for a property that had a 7/10 rating according to Expedia, it had free breakfast and it was to the funeral we had to attend the next day, so we chose it. We paid Expedia in advance and chose NOT to buy the cancellation insurance because we were leaving to go up there the very next morning. The day we arrived and discovered that our reservation was for the next Saturday. I don't know how that happened, it could have been my error, it could have been there's, but it just needed to be corrected because there was plenty of space at the hotel for that day. Instead of getting it resolved with Expedia, the hotel insisted I pay for a new appointment, then get it resolved with Expedia, but it turns out Expedia must get permission from the hotel to refund my money and the hotel refused to do so. So I ended up paying twice for a stay at hotel that also really sucked..... The carpets are stained, I don't think they ever wash the bed covers (they smell), the bathrooms are dingy, the breakfast was dried out and horrible (basically dried out muffins and doughnuts, a waffle machine, yogurt and cereal). No fruit, no eggs, no sausage or bacon. Oh and if you plan on doing any work there, you had better have a hotspot because the internet goes out a lot.

For being a Ramada by Wyndham name I expected a bettert experience. This hotel was dirty and we felt very uncomfortable staying here. This was just a stop for us and we only spend 1 night there, more like 4 hours then we had to get out of this hotel.
