Excellent location and very friendly staff. Exit the hotel and you are right on the beach. The surrounding area is fantastic with very nice restaurants and shops. We will be back!

The staff was great however they appeared to be short staffed which made getting my car or dropping off my car a nightmare. I was given and ADA room which I didn't request and to top it off I was double charged for the room I contacted management I guess because they are short on staff I won’t be receiving a response. If this is an indication of the new hotel management I can see this hotel going down real soon.

Enjoyed our trip to One Ocean. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Area was perfect for dining at night and the pool bar was great for lunch and drinks.

We had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly at checkin. Beautiful hotel located on the ocean, restaurants and shopping. Cool and comfortable room and nice shower. Restaurant and bar in hotel with discount towards meal and/or drinks.

You need to fight to park your own car. Rooms are not in a good condition. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

This is a really nice smaller resort right on the beach. It’s like in its own quiet beach town. Perfect for solo, family or couples 4 day weekend trips. Tons of shops and eating all within walking distance. The staff was so inviting and warm! I definitely plan on making this my hidden getaway for recharging when needed! Cannot beat pricing!

Everything you need is in walking distance and for enjoying the beach, the resort provides beach chairs, towels and even umbrellas that resort staff help you with. It made it so easy to fly into Jacksonville and have a very relaxing beach vacation. The staff at the pool bar were outstanding as well. The rooms show some wear but appear to be in the process of updates. We reserved a room with a view, partial ocean, but got a north side room facing a neighboring construction site. Keep that in mind when booking and checking in. Expedia page listed laundry as a service but they did not have that. Overall great location, tons of dining options and easy to get around on foot! Would definitely go back!

One Ocean Resort is a delightful beach front experience. The poolside snack bar had tasty lunches and fun drinks, fresh towels in abundance, nice rinse off shower as you come up off the beach, beautiful beach. The lounge was fun with nice choices. The location is superb- walk to shops, restaurants, nightlife, cafes and they even offer bicycles to use. Lovely staff.

Always enjoy staying here, but the rooms are getting a bit tired. Always clean and comfy, but furniture a bit beat up and bathrooms could use refreshing. Love the location and proximity to beach and good restaurants/bars

Don’t pay for the Deluxe room option. It’s the same as the regular room. Hotel will not credit the difference back. The property is in bad need of renovation. Our carpet had a huge wrinkle that lifted up and it was torn. Furnishings are worn. For the money, TPC Sawgrass is much nicer.

Check-in with Conner was great! He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful - all things you hope for when you arrive! Our room unfortunately was less than stellar. We’ve stayed many times here and this was the first time our room had an “odor”… the sink faucet in the bathroom also had no cold/cool water so you had to brush your teeth with hot water - kinda gross. I did let the person know at the front desk when we checked out - hopefully they’ll have maintenance check/repair our room.

I had to pay for valet parking 35.00 a night X 3 days the booking agent from Expedia didn’t tell me that and I didn’t see it listed in the description of the property. They only had valet so I had to pay it and it was not in my budget.

The service was excellent ......the Room is a bit on the small size and the bathroom was very crampt and small .
You could not close the door at the same time you sit on the toilet because te toilett is too close to the door ...they should have sacrificed one Room on the Floor when they built the hotel and added a bit to the bathrooms .

It is an older property, but well-maintained. We had several interactions with employees at the property, and every one was outstanding. The entire team was friendly and professional. The location is ideal for a long weekend getaway, as it is right on the beach and there are excellent dining and shopping options within two block.
