The breakfast was nothing very small area and not many choices at all.

Unbelievably rude front desk on the evening of 8/8. Disrespectful to me after I gave her my drivers license to help her find my room reservation. She seemed to not be understanding what I was saying. Maybe it was because she was on the phone the whole time on her earbuds while attempting to check us in. Also, the rooms are dumpy and old. Not worth the money.

It is a nice hotel to stay for business. Thanks God there is a Dunkin donuts near by, breakfast was not precisely a gourmet breakfast. For the rest is a good place clean to stay.

The entire hotel smells like you are in the kitchen of an indian restaurant. Its out dated and dirty.

Staff is very helpful and polite.

Linens were fresh and clean. The carpet needed to be replaced about 10 years ago. I think they had a third grader paint the bathroom.

The property was great. the staff was awesome. Expedia was horrible and I dont recommend using them. I could only stay one night. The hotel told me they would absolutely refund me the second night but it had to go through expedia. Expedia lied and told me the hotel would give me a receipt that I needed to send to expedia. The front desk told me expedia gives the receipt since I booked through them. Expedia told me the only way I could get my money back was if i provided a receipt saying I only stayed one night knowing the hotel couldnt do it because I had to get the receipt through expedia. Very disappointing, You just cant trust online sites!!!

The driveway entrance is hazardous for low slung sports cars.

It’s was bad only the bed it to small that bed not even queen size it’s look like twin bed othe than that it fine and clean

I asked for extra pillows and towels never got any. The front desk girl was very rude on several occasions. The television was having a lot of issues as well. There was no shampoo either. The breakfast has very little options as well. Overall displeased

The pillows were extremely small and looked to be like accent pillows for a couch rather than pillow for a bed. I was not informed that breakfast was done at 9:00 and got to lobby at 9:30 and there was no breakfast available. Property looks rundown.

Over all was a good place to lay your head for a nice. Rooms cleans. Front desk was friendly.

Checked out a day early

Very clean and great shower pressure was great. Easy to check in and good parking. If you’re staying in Torrington, the best place to rest your head.

Hotel was okay for one night

Not so good. TV didn't work and the toilet was broken. very friendly staff. Room smelt like someone smoked there at some time

Price was okay ,but tv did not work and radio sounds were emanating from the wall socket. Place needs work, but I did have a clean bed to sleep in.

The staff was amazing. The room was decent, with only 1 quirk; our toilet was positioned extremely close to the side of the sink. Free breakfast was basic; cereal, yogurt, bagels, raisin bread and regular sluced bread for toasting. Coffee and juice. I would stay here again if I were to visit this area in the future.

The room was nice. The hallway was drab and the carpeting needed an upgrade. The staff was accommodating and friendly!

Nice little mix of updated and old school. Tré at the front desk was a lot of help. Great guy. I’d stay again.

Very close to Rt. 8 which was both good and bad. Breakfast was average. Too many stairs.

Their was mold in the shower and dust from caulking in the bathroom with fresh white paint on thr floor.

Depressed area

The hotel is in poor shape. It is so old that it makes it seems unclean. The people at the front desk were very nice. My window did not have any locks and I was on the ground floor where someone could have climbed through the window so the first night, the window was not locked. I did ask for a bar for the window since I was going to be there for 4 more nights and I did get a bar which really did not make me feel safe since the bar was very thin and if someone really wanted to get in, they could.
