Was very disappointed that someone took my baby’s iPad. We were able to track it for a week on the property before it stopped tracking it. Called several times and was never able to retrieve it back. Will not be renting from the hotel ever again. There are some disloyal employees that work there.

It was fine. Room was clean. Breakfast wasn’t great. Eggs didn’t taste like eggs and yogurt was an off brand that had no flavor.

We were in Stevens point for a trivia contest. We traveled with a small group of friends. We have stayed at this hotel before. It seems like it’s under a perpetual state of reconstruction. The service is always good there the rooms are sufficient, but not terribly clean. they need to be updated. For what we paid for the room I would expect it to be a little better. Not a bunch of choices in Stevens point. It’s best attribute is its proximity to the hilltop restaurant in other attractions

Although the hotel was being remodeling the entrance and we had to go in through the back, we had a great experience. The hotel and room was clean. Bed was comfortable and the size of the room was perfect. The pool was our favorite 😁

Friendly staff. The hotel is going through an update. This is in a great location. Next door is The Hilltop Bar and Grill and ready access to the Green Circle.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. It is nice to have full breakfast. The food was adequate but fairly ordinary. Although the bed was very comfortable the sheets were inexpensive polyester. I prefer a good quality cotton or cotton blend sheet.

We checked in late Friday it was my daughters wedding sat the room was very unclean an had bugs. The smell was overwhelming mold we couldn’t sleep my fiance had a bug crawl in his ear a went in the bed. I had to leave at 6 am then came back in between the ceremony an reception to get our money back they offered a different room but they were letting guest smoke in rooms so they smelt as smoke also I asked tor my money back an they would not give me my money back for my second night. It was very frustrating an upsetting so I didn’t come back. I’ll never stay at this location again an won’t recommend this place ever.

This property appears to be a rehab work in progress. The interior was OK for the price. . Exterior was shabby with some evidence repairs being done. Breakfast was was good. My serious concern is with the lack of uh key card excess locks or any sort of locks on the side and rear doors of the building where guests can enter closer to their rooms. These were unlocked with easy access. It was explained that they were new doors however I did not see any evidence that they were about to or were attempting to put electronic locks on them.

We had a short one-night stay getting in late and leaving early the next morning, so we didn't get a chance to use most of the hotel's amenities including breakfast. However, the manager was friendly, check-in was easy and the room was comfortable and clean.
