Pets issues, mold smell. Other than the room was fairly kept and reasonable for the price.

Every night there were people strung out on drugs in the parking lot or loitering around the entrance. When I was checking in there was another person asking for a replacement key as theirs didn't work and the front desk worker literally put his hand up in her face behind the plexiglass and told her to wait. Crazy rude. Entire unit was disgusting, our room has no pillow cases. Front desk first handed over dirty pillow cases to us when we asked and had to go find clean ones. Very cheap but unsafe and unclean

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. We didn't even stay the night. Left at 1 am and drove 2 hours straight home

We were first sent to a room where the bed wasn't made. Had to wait first for that room and then sent to another room. Hallways were dim. Room was dim not all lights working. Smell in the hall.

No pool, no coffee pot in the rooms, no cot for a third person

No elevators, smelled weird in the building.

From walking in the property was not the cleanest looking but we figured for just one night it would be ok. The entire hotel smelled like food, there was random junk stuck on the walls so clearly it wasn’t cleaned before we arrived, there were chunks of the wall missing by the air conditioner, a few of the towels were stained, and most importantly my sister in law was bit dozens of times by bed bugs and even found them in the duffel bag she brought back to her house. This is unacceptable to say the least.

my first clue should have been when i opened the door and there were homeless people and smelled like weed. as we got in room the light switches didn’t work and when we finally got a light on bugs scattered everywhere! and there were burn holes in the comforter.needless to say we ran out of there. i didn’t even know places like this existed. never staying at another super 8.

I immediately regretted booking this hotel. There was some guy and a woman hanging around the hotel, the guy would hang back and the woman walked to the corner. When i went out for a run, my suspicions of her being a prostitute was confirmed when I was approached by a guy in a car about "my services." I was in a shirt, capri pants, and wearing a running/hydration pack. There were several cars and a truck with broken/smashed out windows, people doing drugs on the property, just giving an overall ick feeling. And thats not even mentioning the room I was staying in. Ive never left a review, but this hotel was just a no. Ive travelled solo to over 30 countries (including India, Thailand, Vietnam, driven from Canada down to and through Mexico to Honduras) and Ive never had the nope feeling this hotel gave me. Needless to say, i didn't stay for my whole stay, would rather forfeit money than stay there.

Poor conditions

The property was dirty. The halls felt like the floor was going to cave any minute. The sheets were dirty when I checked in and when I asked for new ones they expected me to do it myself after I told them no the cleaning crew tried to get me to leave my key with them. Overall not a good hotel but was good enough for the night.

Need to get rid of the roaches!

We booked this hotel to stay in after a concert due to proximity to XFinity Center. What we did not know is that this hotel is used to house ppl. This should be noted in hotel descriptions so consumers are aware. Furthermore there appeared to be street workers on the corner and other illicit activity appeared to be going on in the vicinity. It did not feel like a safe environment. So if you want an inexpensive hotel near the XFinity Center in Hartford but don't mind the surroundings, this is your place.

The hotel was at an odd location and was a little old. But it was fine for the money paid.

Walked in, entire place smelled of pot. In our room only one light worked, refrigerator wasn’t plugged in and smelled horrible. Went back out to get our bags, came across 4 people (possibly homeless) drunk and drugged out talking to themselves and falling over.

Clean and quiet

Do not stay here. It is a horrible experience. I paid $170 for dirty bed sheet, dark bathroom, broken parts, dust and etc. Just don’t go.

It was next door to an adult entertainment store. There was mold in the bathroom. The window was broken and could be open from the outside, on the first floor.

I had requested a non smoking and the entire hotel was filled with cigarettes smoke it triggers my mom’s asthma. We had to change hotel. Was very disappointed.

This was a good room for the price. We just needed a place to lay our heads for the night and this was sufficient.

The room was filthy, stains all over the walls. Only one heater in the room worked(3 bed room) used glove on the floor. Outlet panel was half broken, no microwave as stated when we booked. Will never stay again l. I have pictures available

Covers have burn holes, rooms have roaches, and housekeeping staff played in the hallways for my whole stay.

Owner/manager berating employee loudly and degradingly in lobby with no regard to customers present. Broken windows with cardboard covering them. Metal flashing banging outside windows from makeshift repair. Drug addicts in parking lot, back doors don’t lock to hotel. One of the dirtiest places I’ve ever slept in
