The slightly dated decor in the bedrooms did not detract from the overall aesthetic. The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. The menu was somewhat limited but there were plenty of other places to eat nearby.

Great stay. Lovely pool. Stunning gardens. Great selection at breakfast. Easy walk to Bari centre and the old town.

Not bad. It’s rated 4-star but based on the service it should be a 3. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food was average. Pool area is decent, needs cleaning and maintenance. Surrounding area is not great but the distance to the main attractions is convenient.

Walkable from the station, super peaceful out by the pool. Front desk staff couldn’t haven’t been more helpful - organised us breakfast boxes for our very early flight and helped with first aid when I cut my leg. Very handy for the airport but also close to Bari where we went for dinner. Wish we’d had more time to spend here!

The hotel has a nice garden and pool. The villa in most of the pictures is not the place you stay; instead it seems to be rented for special occasions. At he time we stayed there was a special occasion so there was noise. Be prepared! The staff at the check in were not welcoming at all. It is the first time in a hotel, we felt we were not wanted there. Even emptying our luggage from the car in front of the lobby, was not tolerated. Although there is ample space for a short time period, we were told, or must I say dictated, to take the car to the parking lot right next to the hotel. We were told to wait for 20 min to get our rooms done but Front staff are not hospitable and not experienced at all. We stayed for a night so it was ok.

It is a conference centre hotel that is lacking any atmosphere. Menu very, very limited the only gluten free option Chicken salad. The pool and gardens are beautiful

It is a good facility where is clean, quiet and calm, but is a little bit far from Bari station and city center, more than 12 minutes' walk from Bari station. Breakfast is not so great, but I didn't have dinner, so I can't comment about dinner. Staff are nice, and friendly.

The hotel was outstanding. The breakfast was absolutely unbelievable and everything was absolutely the best. Most important was the reception staff. My suitcase didn't fly in with me when I arrived in Bari. Somehow it was left in Rome. If it wasn't for the extra work that Veronica, Sipontina and Alessandro did, I really feel I wouldn't have received it in time before checking out the next morning. I was quite stressed since I was leaving to go on a cruise. I want to thank them for all of their willingness and extra work. Bravissimi e tantissimi grazie!

This is a lovely hotel in a quiet historic setting convenient to the train station and a 20 minute walk to the new city. The walk is along a busy, gritty road but safe. If you want an active nightlife stay in the new city area. The food is excellent but Sunday service is limited. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, staff helpful and friendly. We enjoyed it very much.

Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast had plenty of selection and the egg station lady was attentive fast and curious.

We've just had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! As it was mine and my partner's anniversary, the very accommodating staff had organized for us to stay in their top floor round window suite which was very spacious and consisted of a massive private balcony. The hotel/room was incredibly clean. Everynight was very peaceful and the king size bed was very comfortable! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was great! The pool area is clean and relaxing. Its only around 13mins walk to Bari central train station which we used alot for trips out. Also the Old town is only 30mins walk away. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Bari.

the hotel is very well located, easy parking, good breakfast, the room was confortable but the bathroom was not well cleaned and seems to need renovation as well...The hotel offers a SPA for the room we had but you have to pay for the towels...

The hotel is within walking distance of the train station. While it is not in Bari's downtown area, it is within walking distance, and the property is beautiful. The rooms are large and well-appointed. The staff are helpful, and the breakfast is amazing. Also, the pool area is clean and nice. I will stay here again.

Exceptional hotel. Helpful reception staff, great homes. Sadly restaurant menu contained no vegan food though plenty to be found around Bari.

Very helpful staff and a nice hotel. Located in a quiet area within the neighborhood. We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open the night we stayed and there were no others walkable from the hotel. We had specifically selected this hotel because it advertised a restaurant. Close to the train station.

Everything was great except that we had to ask the front desk to turn the air conditioner on after trying to mess with it for hours.

The rooms are ok but don’t worth the price - place is in the middle of nowhere.

We really loved our stay. Lovely accommodating reception staff. Big pool area with garden surrounds. The room was huge and so cool with the air con. Perfect for a family of 4. Short walk to the train and food. Only issue we had was the blow dryer which was terrible and only went half the time. The gym and sauna was well above average! Great value for money.
