I booked this hotel on Hotels.com. It looked really nice. The pictures look good. It had a good rating completely the opposite when I got there it smell of incense. It was dirty, noisy outdated, and it seemed that people lived there for weeks on end The wallpaper in my room was peeling off the ceiling. It was dirty the shower door Hinges were rusted at the bottom not sure which way the door open very confusing The bed skirt that was on the bed was absolutely disgusting. I was glad it took a canal Lysol. I did not sleep in the bed, but on the bed with my clothes on, I wish I had a hazmat suit, but even then I wouldn’t felt very safe and clean disgusting the lamps were rusted. I think the only thing in there was a countertop that the sink was in. I would never recommend this place. Tell me how do I get a refund?

First, a small cockroach came out of the sink of the living room.
Second, I told the front desk that about 5 to 6 children were running or jumping in the upstairs room, but it didn't work out, so I was able to sleep because it became quiet until 2 a.m.

Amazing place for this price range. Very well kept. Friendly staff. Clean everywhere. Impressive continental breakfast set up. Walk to Dennys and convenience store is less than 70 feet. Great place.

Seriously?? I paid for a non pet friendly hotel because it was cheap! However, my pet sitter canceled on me at the last minute and have been try for over a week now to get a refund!!! Im a single mother with 2 young kids and we had to stay in our car last night since i didn't get the refund to pay for another hotel. Im still expecting a refund!!!

The hotel was centrally located to all the places I was visiting. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff kept the rooms and public places clean. The building, though older, has nicely furnished and decorated rooms. I feel I received very good value for the money I spent lodging here.

This place was in a nice location, to where we needed to be for a Wedding.
The property grounds needs to be kept up. New plants need to be planted and weeds need to be pulled. When you look at it the way that it is. It makes it look very uninviting and unwelcoming.
I ordered a Queen size bed and received a Full size bed, that was very hard.
The inside of the Hotel looks to be like it is being worked on. There is more work that needs to be done.
Room was what you would pay for.
Staff was great to work with. We enjoyed our stay.

Where the property is there is a lot restaurant around it so that was ok. The breakfast at the hotel was not bad, my room smell horrible.

The service was great, but the hotel is very run down and outdated. The bathroom was so small it didn't have a regular door - it was a pocket door and the shower was too small for my 6'6" husband to take a shower in. The entire hotel smells musty and is in desperate need of upgrading. Will not stay here again.

This property is disgusting from top to bottom. There were ants in the bed, garbage behind the furniture, air freshener through the entire place trying to mask other smells, vomit on the luggage cart. Worst experience ever.

It is what it is. Clean but rundown, quite, ac worked well. Did see any bugs. Small, lots of food options in the area.

We had a suite that was nice and spacious. The room was slightly outdated but not terrible. You can tell Wingate is trying to fix the place up. Our shower was impossible from running water out of the shower into the bathroom, can not be avoided. There was also some wood rot on the wall and doorframe caused by this. Bathroom door also impossible to a guy closed

The ac in some of there rooms don’t work. The staff tells you to close the blinds. The air did not work in our room the day shift did nothing. The night shift changed our room and said when we checked out they would take $20 off for the inconvenience. That did not happen when we checked out. The pool area to so hot. That area is dangerous for people with any type of breathing issues.

This property was disgusting. Mold, bugs and exceptionally uncomfortable beds.

The room was ant infested. Carpet was dirty and stained. The bathroom floor was sticky. Our rooms were not cleaned, and garbage wasn’t emptied. Our towels were not changed even after the second night. I should have read the reviews more closely. Cannot recommend this property.
