Hotel shares it's carpark with the McDonalds right next door. Property is dated with a very small breakfast area. Room was comfortable for a one night stay.

We were upgraded to a suite and it was wonderful. I only wish we had been planning to stay there more than one night on our trip. The breakfast was excellent so many choices and the food was good. The staff was very polite and accommodating.

Very, very clean.. the staff was so helpful and made our stay enjoyable. We diffenitly will stay when we are in the area again.

Our stay was good, safe area, quiet and lots of parking. The only thing that I notice in most hotels offer free continental breakfast but only until either 9 or 10 am. I get it but people on vacation don’t want to rush to get up in time. This hotel was until 9am.

Descent hotel stay with my family. Larry at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Recommend if you drop by Salinas.

We were greeted warmly by the staff. They even upgraded our room. The room was spacious and well kept. The breakfast provided had plenty of choices. One of the favorites - waffles - were there. Good coffee. I will use this location next time I am in the area.

Hotel and room was nice. Moderately priced for a Friday night with a huge event going on. Upon entering our King Size bed room, I went into the bathroom and the smell of something very chemically powerful odor was so strong I held my breath. My husband complained to the front desk person and asked him to come smell it. He said no don’t know what that is from, never smelled that before. So we left for the evening. Leaving the bathroom light and fan on constantly the whole evening. We returned with it only slightly better. We kept the bathroom door closed and fan running all night. My husband asked for the Owner/Manager to come smell it the next morning. He said he smelled it but didn’t recognize the smell as a cleaner or fluid they use. He felt like it may be a drain cleaner used in the bathtub/shower. He said he was sorry and would talk to the staff about it. I think he should have credited or room charge at least SOMETHING, but he only offered a I am sorry. Even $10 credit would have been nice. 🙁

No staff at front desk until 25 minutes after we arrived, and we were in a hurry.

MacDonlad light all night right outside your window and the enter and exit shared with MacDonalds drive through making it odd and awkward to exit. Line for In/Out Burger blocks exit also.

The hotel smell old Broken tile in bathroom

The staff were friendly and helpful in accommodating my family. Overall, the room was clean. The bathroom is very big which is a nice bonus when you have small children. The breakfast was also nice. They offer typical continental breakfast items. There seems to be enough parking for the hotel, but with nearby restaurants, it appears they sometimes use the reserved hotel parking spaces. There is a McDonalds and In N Out right outside the hotel.

This is a surprisingly nice hotel in so many ways. It is extremely clean and well maintained. The bed was first class and super comfortable. Room amenities and features better than many 4 star hotels. The breakfast was hot and delicious. Coffee available in the lobby and nice people. We will return!

The hotel is simply perfect in all aspects. The person who assisted us during the check in was extremely friendly, helpful, and so very clear on the explanation of everything.

Quick trip but the stay was great, the service impeccable and the staff was amazing

The property is solid from comfortable and clean rooms and nice staff. The hotel is surrounded by fast food restaurants, which is so unappealing. To me. Nothing compelling about the neighborhood.

Beautifully cared for property. Our room was clean and beds were crisp. Staff were friendly and respectful. Excellent Breakfast variety, well stocked and maintained throughout the morning. Manager even came out to say Good morning, helped staff and asked if we needed anything. Also liked the lobby door security in the am for breakfast and check out. FYI- remove the red tape holding the smoke detector to the ceiling

Standard Best Western; rooms okay and clean. Unfriendly reception desk, fee for 2 hours earlier check in time so we preffered to wait until 4pm.
