The hotel needs some updating. The bathroom needs a fan. The beds were wonderful! We needed to switch rooms due to a smell and they helped us. The breakfast was not up to standards of other LaQuintas.

Very friendly and helpful men at front desk. Room was quiet, bed was comfortable, and shower was good. Could have been a little cleaner but it wasn’t too bad. Love that they allow dogs, but $25/ night for a dog is a little steep compared to other places I’ve stayed.

I had a terrible experience with the service. They moved me to a different room because the first one had a strong chemical smell, like roach spray. I felt ripped off – the smell was so intense that I got sick, with a fever and headache. The hotel only offered a 20% discount and did nothing more to address the issue. The customer service was extremely disappointing.

The hotel does not have a cart for transporting luggage, it has been missing for a month according to an employee. How is it possible? I had to move all my things by hand and they only had one and it is missing. A hotel with so many rooms is a problem that they must solve immediately.

Front desk person was very friendly, but had to physically check available rooms to see if they had been cleaned. Breakfast area was very dirty and did not have much available.

We had a great stay. We travel with our dog. When we told the lady at the front desk, she put us on the first floor near the door for easy access to take our dog outside. The room was very spacious and clean. The room was quiet too. Our dog sometimes gets spooked by loud noises in the hallway but we did not hear anything outside of our room. The breakfast was better than most places we have stayed.

I'm rating this a 2 because of the terrible customer service at the front desk. It would've been a 1 rating, but I discussed the trouble with the assistant manager who was very sincere and apologetic. The nutshell version of what happened was all due to one employee working the night shift who obviously hates her job and is extremely annoyed if a guest has to bother her for help. I will never return to this hotel and I highly recommend others stay away as well.

The hotel provides breakfast on weekdays until 9am.
Sadly it was all gone by 8:30 am - the eggs and potatoes.
No refill was offered with 30 minutes to go.

Not only did I feel unsafe in the elevator but my room was double booked and I was promised my correct room the second night of our stay but on arrival our second night we did not get our correct room for the second night again. We were very upset and uncomfortable and it was the last night of our vacation and I feel as though it was ruined since we could not enjoy it. The lady at the desk, who obviously did not want to be there, gave us two business cards with the emails of managers to reach out to regarding the issue and we reached out and have yet to hear back. The customer service here is horrendous. I hope that someone will read this and reach out to me to make this better.

Terrible afternoon/night clerk. (Morning clerk was excellent). Key cards had to be reprogrammed every day. No housekeeping if not staying more than 3 days. Otherwise well kept and OK.

We had reservations for a handicapped accessible room. The room we got was their VERSION of "handicapped accessible". The tub was a NORMAL tub and the shower seat did not fit in the tub correctly. We were on the THIRD FLOOR at the FARTHEST SIDE from the elevator. If we'd had to evacuate - my husband would NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MAKE DOWN THE STAIRS. Sorely disappointed with the accomodations!!!!!!! Also our "key" timed out every day and we had to go from our room on the other side of the hotel back to the desk and then back to our room. Again, NOT A GOOD SCENARIO especially for senior people with health issues

The front desk staff for the most part was not very friendly and when I checked in, i was not given good directions on finding my room or parking. The hotel has a strange layout with entry doors in odd places, so finding the right parking area and entry door was confusing the first time.
The fitness area had no towels the first two days of my stay, there was a tool bag on the floor the entire time I was there and no way to clean equipment after use.
Breakfast was adequate but the 'hot' foods were room temperature.
We did like our room - quiet and comfortable.
Overall, if you don't really care about being treated like a valued guest, it was fine and I would stay again for the convenience of getting into Boulder.

Many people had dogs which is a nice option but even better that our room did not smell of dog and was clean. The hotel was close to many other things and easy to get to with plenty of parking. Would stay again.

Service was terrible . Had to wait 25 minutes for a staff member to come to front desk to check us in. Keys to room never worked . Had to exchange them everyday .
No towel service, or hair dryer in the room. Place is an embarrassment for this location.

The night manager was less than helpful. When I asked her if she could recommend a place to eat, she said she had no idea, she didn't live here. And when our keys didn't work on the back door, I asked her if the other two members of my party would need to have their keys re-keyed since they hadn't worked either, she said she didn't know.

We love this location and the gentleman that checked us in was delightful.

Our hotel was dirty and the staff was not helpful about it. The pool was not open and they could not give us a reason why. We had to switch rooms because our toilet was plugged and they couldn’t find a plunger. The shower floor of our first room was so dirty that my husbands feet came out dirtier than when he went in. Our second room was a little cleaner but not much. Anytime we would ask for something, even as small as a dirty laundry bag, the lady at the front desk was rude and acted like we were a huge inconvenience to her. Would not recommend staying at this hotel! Key cards wouldn’t open outside doors, and then there would be weird signs taped to the doors with instructions on how to get them open if they weren’t working, but that didn’t help.
