Check in...took me 4 go's to say a simple surname to be told I had no booking though I have your email. Far too noisy by the A45, whole areas smell in the air of cooking oils, has the extract been cleaned / serviced Rooms dated need a refresh, bar staff excellent as was the kitchen staff serving food, Wi-Fi good. TV distorted / lost picture after 20 mins..I will not stay again

The hotel staff are very friendly, the rooms stink. I had two rooms on different sides of the hotel and we onlt stayed to sleep but my oh my the rooms are musky. When I got home I had to send all my bags off to be dry cleaned to get rid of the smell. Other than that it was ok. Probably wont stay here again.

Good standard hotel, good breakfast, helpful staff, plenty of car parking. Only downside was Wi-Fi wasn't the strongest, though we were in the end room

The fact that the car park is broken into quite often. Hotel a bit tired. Shower was cold and nothing was resolved for the 2 days.

I like the hotel, area, property & cleanliness, but last night around 10 pm till 6.45 am there was a continuous ticking sound ( clock sound ) every 7-10 mins, on going I don't know what it was. My room is 79.

Basic hotel but comfortable and clean.

All I wanted was a quiet relaxing night away, what I ended up with was the opposite. On arrival I was told about the £5 parking fee which to me is a joke. I was given my room which when I entered had clearly been used and not cleaned since the last guest. So back to reception I went and was given a second room which was fine and without problem. So at just after 11pm I was woken up by to 2 others guest entering my room and switching the light on. I called out that the room was taken and they retreated. I'm guessing my room was given accidentally to them but in my opinion this is unacceptable. So I then tried to go back to sleep untill around 11.20 pm when the lady from reception was then knocking on my door. When I answered the door she wanted to know what my name was??????? Really!!!!!!!! Still dont what that was about. Eventually I got back off to sleep. At around 6am the following morning I was again woken by other doors being knocked on and constantly doors being opened and shut for about half an hour. It sounded like a coach party that needed to leave early. When i checked out I mentioned the events from the night before and the staff were apologetic but it didn't solve the ruined stay. I won't be back.

We had a lovely stay the young man on reception called Chris was so helpful and professional he was a proper Gentleman. The only down side is charging 5.00 per night reg parking can understand it for 1 night but not if your stay is longer.

Generally it was great. The bed was a little small and not so comfortable but other than that all was pretty good.

Nice hotei, spoilt by a party arriving in around fifteen cars arriving at 9.00pm, kids turned the car park into a scooter park, its meant for parking cars not a playground, parents no control over them, cars were just parked all over the place includeing blocking other residents in. All social distancing rules were disregarded by this group and no masks worn by adults while in hotel. The good points, receptionist very helpful, very clean rooms , comfortable bed, plenty of towels and tea coffee etc

Very polite and efficient staff. Food and drink first class. Room very clean, spacious, well appointed - the overall experience is 4-5 star Would highly recommend

This hotel is very dog friendly and the one small thing that was a problem in the room was fixed quickly once I reported it. If you are a light sleeper do not have a room overlooking the front car park as the road is very noisy.

Hotel newly decorated, clean and tidy, a good sized twin room with comfortable beds. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant served by very friendly staff. Plenty of parking and dog friendly. Convenient location for NEC. Couldn’t fault our stay.

Was not expecring to have to pay 5 pounds for parking but alart from that hotel was clean and tidy. Rooms were comfortable. Sleot very well. Overall we had a nice time. Did not eat there but foid looked okay

Always stay here when working in Coventry / Birmingham. Good basic hotel for a work trip with attentive staff. No frills but the hotel is always improving & the staff always friendly.

This was my third stay at this hotel. I had a shock when checking in as I had to pay parking fees for the duration of my stay. (What was that all about). Also my wife doesn’t do breakfast and the last two stays I paid a separate price for continental breakfast for her. However this stay a full English and continental were the same price. A little steep for coffee and toast. Our room was clean,bed was comfy. However there was a smell in our room which smelt like drains. The receptionist said a engineer wasn’t available until Monday. The cleaner sprayed our carpet with air freshener. Which helped masked the smell.

Excellent 2 days break away from home. Hotel was clean, service was great, peaceful and quiet environment which we really needed, essential amenities nearby and close to the City Centre and easy access to the motorways. It was great. Very pleased for the money we paid.

Beautiful hotel, staffs are quite nice and friendly. They allowed us to keep our luggage for an excess of 4 hrs. Food, specially the dinner is a bit expensive. Breakfast was Great. Stayed only for a day, so can't comment on any further.

A small and noisy room which was facing the duel carriageway, the quieter rooms at the rear of the property are only available for business customers who are paying a premium and this is one of the only hotels in Coventry that charged a fee for parking (£5 a night). Avoid this hotel unless you are very desperate.

I enjoyed my stay and was not disappointed at all. Although I recommended a friend and she ended having her room cheaper than mine. The shower could be better as a power shower but it's ok. The hotel is clean and cosy.
