Showed up an hour and a half after check in time and was told we had to wait for our room which was unfortunate after a long drive.

Fantastic hotel no complaints at all!!!

This hotel was very clean, shower was very nice. Pillows were terrible, and our room faced the street, and there was quite a bit of "street noise" on a Saturday night. Also, wanted to watch the OSU football game, and this hotel does not get the Big Ten Network. However, check-in was quick and efficient and the complimentary breakfast was well-stocked and tasty, complete with a river view!

**Disappointing Experience - Elevator Nightmare** I recently stayed at this hotel over a holiday weekend, and the experience was far from pleasant. The hotel was fully booked, and the room rate was significantly inflated, which I expected for a busy weekend. However, what I didn't expect was to waste over two hours of my time waiting for the elevator. Only one elevator was working, and when I inquired about the other, I was told it was shut down because it "overheats sometimes." For a hotel fully booked on a holiday weekend, this is completely unacceptable. The management should have anticipated the demand and ensured that both elevators were functional. The long waits were frustrating, and it really impacted the overall experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you want to waste your time waiting around.

Staff was very friendly! The room was clean and really nice. The view was pretty! Walking to Newport on the levy was nice and eating dinner with a view of the river and city lights was beautiful! We had such a nice time. Thank you!

We were there for the fireworks. Breakfast was good - bacon, sausage, hard boiled eggs, waffles and other assorted pastries. Good beds & pillows, great view, good parking. Very convenient & walkable to everything. Nice bathrooms with soft TP & good bedding. Had corner 5th floor room, river facing, & couldn't hear kids in rooms nextdoor. SLOW elevators- even before it got busy. Take the stairs. Easy early check-in. Nice staff. I recommend it & would stay again.

Clean friendly very convenient. Plenty of food options. Staff very helpful. The shuttle to the game was great. The bed was very comfortable

Nice stay

On the Kentucky side of the Ohio river. Nice river views. Lots of restaurant selections nearby in Covington, KY. Nicer than Cinci side. Up and coming area for the 20's to 30's age group. If I were young and single I'd love living here.

Iliked the area. Plenty dining options within walking distance. Cincinnati right across the bridge. The Ohio river of course is beautiful.

Easy access from the highway. Great views of the city and river, walkable to many restaurants and shopping. Clean and safe. Would be nice to have some outside seating on the grounds.

Very well maintained hotel with comfortable beds. Solid breakfast. Great location to walk to Newport on Levee and Cincinnati.

Don't stay on the 2nd floor, next to fitness room and housekeeping it gets a bit loud if you want to sleep in.

Elevator broke.

Night desk person seemed bothered that we checked in late and when checking out we didn’t get any attention when turning in key card, they didn’t want to make eye contact and didn’t say Hope you enjoyed your stay Customer Service goes a long way.

The property was within walking distance to the pedestrian bridge and other activities.

Had a dead battery and staff jumped to our aid loaning us personal jumper cables and using her personal vehicle. That allowed us to experience the great day we had planned in the area without delay! Thanks for truly caring about your guests.

Good location, hotel is clean and well kept on the inside. The outside is a bit lacking and parking is a problem. Too few spaces and too small for larger cars.
