Mattresses were stained. Bathrooms had a sliding wooden door that didn’t even work. If more than one person was in the room you couldn’t use the bathroom. The side door to the hotel was just open so anybody could walk in. Carpets needed replacing bad. Rooms smelt musty. The fridge froze my food which wrecked it. Breakfast was good and staff was wonderful. Location was good.

Front desk receptionist Cindy was great but the rooms were old and dingy. They forgot to put shower towels in our room. The toilet paper holder was completely broken. Lots of loose hinges too

I didn’t state anywhere online about 21+ police and I’m 20 and was trying to stay at this hotel to be closer to my moms wedding the following day but when I got there mind you I payed 100+ for this room and when I arrived she told me I couldn’t stay there and I couldn’t get a refund bc I didn’t pay the up charge per person I had w me to get a refund when I booked the room days before in advance…

The television was broken so we couldn't watch TV. No one ever came to fix it or put in a new one. The refrigerator didn't work so the food we had went bad

Very bad service, no one spoke English so we could ask anyone anything. The bathroom didn’t work and the toilet didn’t flush properly. And the sign “deluxe” breakfast was poor.

The person checking us in was friendly however we quickly realized the property was run down and there was a terrible smell in the elevator and our hallway. The room was very dated and you could tell the furniture had been through some abuse. Then we realized there was a broken outlet with exposed metal, very unSafe. Our refrigerator did not work which was awful because we had brought food that required refrigeration. When we told the the staff no one offered any solution. We were told there was no maintenance available. There was no offer to let us move rooms or provide any discount to our room. Was extremely disappointed!! I will not stay here in the future! I would recommend you pay a little more for a much better experience!! Also the breakfast was subpar so don’t plan to eat there!

Our stay was for 5 nights. Not once was our room cleaned or towels brought to us. Asked the front desk day 2 and nothing. My daughter had to find the cleaning lady to obtain them. Day 3 was told “service is scheduled for today”. Out all day and upon return, nothing was done. Daughter again had to find cleaning lady for toilet paper. Trash was piled up in our room for days. Day 4 went to the pool to swim and get a towel or 2 and there was the smell of marijuana and open liquor bottles by the pool. Thankfully my kids did not get to them. Sad because place was at a quiet, beautiful location. Nice room. Very poor service!

Sticky floors for some reason, no clean smell in hallways and rooms. It smelled like humid dirt. The carpets look dirty. Water comes out the shower.
Breakfast was excellent and the personnel was very kind. Good location for dinning options and quiet surroundings.

Great for a convenient, reasonably priced one night stay for a baseball tournament. Clean room, lots of pillows, and a nice breakfast.

Didn't have too bad of a stay here. The property was clean as well as the rooms. However the walls are thin, we could hear every movement of the people above us. Also the beds are very low quality spring matresses.

This place is gross. We requested a refund and was told that we had to contact Expedia. Expedia said to contact the hotel. The room reeked of body odor.
Shower had blood in it and the bed was ripped and torn with bed bug droppings. So far refund request was denied.

The property seem to be dated even though there was really nothing wrong with it. A few cults of pain and some replaced carpet with the addition of updated vending machines is all that isneeded

Fair price for the amenities given but there was a dirty hand towel left in my room and the bed was fairly hard and uncomfortable. It left me with some severe back pain when i woke up.

Property was nice and well kept. The room was good size and had normal things like mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. They had okay breakfast. The only issue we had was that the toilet kept stopping up and draining slowly. The first day they gave me a plunger and it seemed to clear up but the next day slow draining again. Was afraid to use it after that. They also had an indoor pool and fitness room. Even though we had the issue with the toilet we would stay there again.

The room was dirty and so was the furniture.The bed was old and worn out. The air conditioning didnt work consistently. The customer service was great and the only thing enjoyed.

This property was a absolute dirty mess, very outdated, poor service, did not receive clean towels or any housekeeping unless I went to ask.. room was so dirty, ripped curtains bed hard as a brick… never again!!!!

The staff is friendly. The hotel itself is older and needs a little TLC and deep cleaning; however, it is comfortable and breakfast is also good.

The staff was fabulous!!! There were not many rooms around the airport-I had to pay $200 for this room. Upon entering the room, the AC was on, but it was extremely musty and humid. The carpet was extremely dirty, and my shoes actually were sticking to it. On the plus side the bed was clean, but I did sleep with the lights on just-so I could see if I had any unwelcome guests join me in the bed-which I did not. I would not stay here again.

The hotel was old dirty and run down pool was out of order so was the pop machine one of the doors was not working had to walk to the other door to get in. I really think they should close and remodel I would never stay here again.
