Our front desk lady was amazing! I believe her name was snow. She was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable.

Very close to the show I attended, Walmart, several restaurants and fast food spots as well. Starbucks right across the street. The staff were all helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with the usual amenities. I will definitely book this hotel agian when I attended this show next year.

The hotel charged my card $172.50 initially for the “security deposit/incidentals” during my stay. Keep in mind, I already paid $300 for the hotel. On the first day, I purchase $4.00 from the marketplace, I was charged another $167.50 for that charge. I mentioned it to the front desk, she argued with me that it was not a “charge”, only an “authorization”. I asked why an additional “authorization”, considering I already had one when I checked in. Never got an answer. She said, oh, you will see a bunch of weird stuff on your card, but don’t worry, we are not charging you for it. Very unprofessional and not necessary. I will never stay there again.

The A/C sounded like it was going to explode so it kept me up all night. The shower was small and the shower head was so low I had to lean down to wash my hair. I’m only 5’5”. Staff was very friendly though.

Really nice place to stay for the night! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the staff was attentive and helpful and everything was super clean.
The only quibbles I have was the standing water in the bathtub/ shower and the cleaning staff knocking at our door at 7am and trying to gain entry despite the do not disturb sign being on the handle.
Otherwise I highly recommend this place. It was precisely what I wanted for my girlfriend and I for an overnight stay.

It's a shame that the blatant disregard for ADA has forced me to give 1 start for every aspect of this review.
My friend and i got a room last weekend and dispite asking for a wheelchair accessible room TWICE, she never did get one. When she called to complain, she was told the manager would call her ASAP. That was a WEEK AGO! THIS IS SO DISGUSTINGLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! It was unacceptable BEFORE she was told the manager would call. Now it's just egregious. I will never, ever, ever stay in a Comfort Suites again. At this point, there is nothing that can be done to salvage this. I'm appalled and disgusted and I hope she sues.

Stay was fine. Breakfast adequate, but far under the hype of check-in staff. Check in took a while, not sure why. Still not happy with resolution; nothing was prepaid and receipt wasn't explained upon check out.

The hotel itself was nice and clean, and the staff was very nice and helpful. However, there was a couple next door to me with at least 2 children, whom they allowed to literally scream at the top of their lungs, slam doors, and run/walk heavily on the floor which shook the place so bad I thought it was people above me at 1st, Until I opened my door and could tell it was my direct neighbors that were making all the ruckus! They did this all night for 2 nights straight. I had to call the front desk and ask them to please do something about it. I work long days and had to get up at 5am both days. Hard to rest when people are so rude and inconsiderate to the people around them. Not the hotel's fault, but due to lack of rest from inconsiderate guests, my stay was much less than comfortable. The hotel itself was nice and clean.

I had asked twice for a wheelchair accessible room and didn’t receive it. Being in a wheelchair with a non accessible room made the stay really, really difficult. Staying at the hotel was supposed to be a convenience, it was not.

Enjoyable stay! Lobby was clean and had fresh water out and sometimes snacks. I thought the front staff was friendly and helpful. We loved our room and its amenities! Nice breakfast, but small dining area. We definitely would come by again even though there was an issue with door lock.

Near shopping centers and many food options. Rooms were clean, some things need an update. Check in staff was not very welcoming. Lady that prepared breakfast, sweetest person ever!!

Old dingy property with a fresh coat of paint. The two rooms I stayed in had an overwhelming odor of mold. Everything is cheap and dirty.

Check in was awful. Room not ready. Tried another room but it was not cleaned. Finally got a clean room. We went to our event and when we came back he had given our room to someone else. Got that straightened out and the he call to see my name. Room was awesome. But check in took about 25 minutes!!!

We had a great stay and our family of 5 was very comfortable with the room and sofa bed availability. The fridge and microwave also came in handy, as well as the location. Everything you could need, and any store or restaurant you could think of was nearby. Will definitely stay again!

The hotel and the room were nice. Everything was clean. The one problem I had was the air was not on when we got to the room (100 degrees outside) and it never did cool down while we were there. It made sleep difficult.

Big TV and good breakfast. I stayed at the Hilton the following night and had a 16 inch TV and they changed $10 for breakfast. Plus it was $60 more a night.

Better than average breakfast. The room was clean. For the money this is nice, it’s just dated and could stand a remodel.
What I would like changed are bed mattress, better seating. The A/C window unit worked but was noisy.

What I liked was the beds, linens, appliances were utd. However the wall paper, the carpet in the halls, the halls in general, elevator, the doors were super old and for sure need to be updated.
And the walls seem to be paper thin so I could hear everything going on.
