No towels, no soap. Room smelled horrible. Toilet didn’t flush. Asked for towels only wanted to give us two. There were 4 of us in a two queen bedroom. Bathroom and tub had pet hairs everywhere. Will not stay in this place again

Worst place I have stayed. I guess Days Inn management doesn’t care about the chain reputation, any idiot can open an hotel with the name and make horrible things and it is ok.

I have been really disappointed in my stays this past year. The staff is rude no compassion. They longer have a full or even a breakfast made. The gentleman that works the morning cuts you off mid conversation.

No amenities.

First arriving, 4 cop cars outside of the hotel. Broken glass from a car window broken out front. We already paid for the room with no refunds available, so we had to stay. A stranger was befalled we were going to stay, he said there was no tv, fridge or microwave in his room so he wasnt staying. After getting the key to try it anyways (afterall it was just one night) it was Hot inside the hotel, front clerk said pool was open even though the sign said pool closed, pool looked clean but upon inspection the pool was way too cold and the water stunk. The hot tub was freezing and didnt work, we chose this place because of these 2 perks. Luckily our room had a working tv and even though we had a fridge, it didnt keep our drinks cold. We did not have a microwave. The room was decently okay for cleanlieness, however all of the cobs webs through out the place made us feel uncomfortable the entire night. For breakfast they had an egg, biscuit, pancake or cereal option only for breakfast, the orange juice and apple juice machine did not produce sufficient juice, it looked old and dirty so we dumped our drinks. Cereal had no milk to go with it. We had to grab breakfast somewhere else. The pancake machine hadnt been cleaned in a while. People were also smoking in their rooms on the bottom floor non smoking level, someone came out of their room and all we saw & smelt was smoke. I'd make sure this place isnt a last resort.

When I checked in there were no towels, face cloth or soap/shampoo, I had to go ask for it. 1. I had to have the key redone 4 or 5 times 2. Hen I turn back the bedding to go to sleep, there were holes in the sheets, plus black hair in the bed. My hair is light brown 3. For breakfast they only had egg patties and biscuits, no milk for the cereal and no cream for coffee. Waffle machine was filthy and this was at 6:30 in the morning when they opened up. 4. Door failed again at 6:45 this morning. Took them almost 2 hours to get me back into the room.

Staff very unprofessional, dirty, they don't clean the rooms, supposedly offers breakfast but since theirs no managers in general they have it closed

There’s nothing unique about the property. The property is disgusting filthy trash. There is scum in the pool. We immediately left the property within 30 minutes.

The condition of the room was poor, although the bed itself was clean and comfortable. Glad we didn’t stay long!

Being told at checkin that there is no working mini fridge, microwave, or even tv in the room was pretty upsetting. Pool was also closed.

very very dirty! ripped towels, blood on bedding, floors need vacuumed, pool needs cleaning, rooms were stinky, smoking pot in hotel, no hair dryer, common area was just as dirty, DO NOT STAY HERE we got a refund and went to a different hotel

The motel was very rundown. The room had ragged towels. For a king room we had two bath towels, one hand towel and one wash cloth. No water glasses in the room. No coffee maker. No working TV, missing the cable hookup. Messy repair work; paint spots on the bathroom tile, caulk drops on tile floor, floor needed vacuumed. Windows were dirty. Pool was dark blue as was either too many chemicals or unclean. Bathroom tub would not drain. No hand soap. Empty bottles behind dresser. Breakfast was poor. Milk fridge was not cold, so milk was warm. No fruit, no yogurt. Cereal or waffles available. I usually check reviews but didn't in this case. These items have previously been reported and not resolved. It was especially disappointing when I found that the hotel is part a business that owns numerous other hotels in the Lubbock area and they allowed this hotel to fall into such disrepair.

It was cheap but you get what you pay for. Towels and bedding looked like they never get washed. Cobwebs everywhere. The kids enjoyed the pool, but for a very wide open space it was extremely humid.

the old saying. you get what you pay for , its true. needs a face lift. new mattresses. shower curtain was torn, and the hand towels had holes . decent building, but needs work!

Room i booked was not available. Shower leaked. Broken microwave. Broken TV. Changing times for breakfast and not all items available. Cereal, no milk. Waffle, no syrup. Cream cheese, no bagles. Still frozen eggs and sausage. Ectera

Tv didn’t work. Air conditioner didn’t work

It's the worst hotel I've ever seen in my life, terribly dirty and smells awful

The first room we were given had no working ac. The second room that was given smelled of cigarette smoke when it was a nonsmoking room. Then the next morning toilet clogged. Told front desk. Came back to room at night, toilet still clogged and room still smelled of smoke. Was then given a 3rd room.

Pool and hot tub was under maintenance, no fridge in room, no ice machine, behind bed tables was trash, no channels on tv, and the area where u go for breakfast was trashed.

My daughter’s uniform came up missing after housekeeping cleaned the room . The first room the AC did not work

Hotel was disgusting! Checked in at 11pm. Found out they dont have any microwaves, refrigerators, and ice machine was broken and no elevator. All the things we needed not available even tnough the website stated it was all available. The odor of the place was very offensive, smelt like death everywhere. Walked in the room and air quality was disgusting, the room didnt look like it had been cleaned. The bathroom was not clean, the shower curtin was full of stains and hair, requested a new room, was given one but the room key didn't work, was given another room with a working key and it felt like the heater was on. Walked back down to the front let them know the AC wasnt working and was told "we dont keep rooms cool if they are not being used, just wait til it cools off." Room was still no better then the first one. All if this within 30min. Of us arriving. At this point i asked for a refund and the front attend refused because i had already checked in. After 10 minutes of disputing, he finally gave me a refund after i asked to speak to someone else. The property is very run down. The front desk attendee was rude and no care in the world with our concerns. Serveral ppl were complaining about their rooms and issues at the same time as I. DO NOT STAY HERE... ended up getting a room up the road at Comfort Inn and Suites. Even my 7yr old son said. "Mom, thank you for finding a better room, I think that other place had bugs in the beds"

We started out in room 206, we checked in late and around 10:00 PM we realized the shower didn't work. They moved us to room 208 and the next morning we realized the door didn't lock and it looked like it had been jimmied open. When I went to tell the front desk, he argued with me and tried telling me how to circumvent the problem. He came and checked the door himself and realized it definitely didn't lock. We were then moved to room 210, this room had spray painting all over (I took pictures). Not once did we get an apology for the inconvenience. The hotel was very dirty, trash and debris all over the place, and the main reason we booked this hotel was so our daughters could use the indoor pool and we could use the hot tub. The hot tub was broken and they also do not provide refrigerators or microwaves in the room (there is a note posted at the front desk). This was a problem because I am diabetic and my insulin required refrigeration. They should update their amenities on all websites, they are very misleading. Don't waste your money here.

This drug and bug infested place is the worse hotel in Lubbock Texas. Prostitution is at an all time high at this location along with the worst customer service ever. Roaches and mouse droppings all over the kitchen area. This place is disgusting. I recommend you find anyplace on earth to stay other than this place Hell is rated higher than Days Inn south.

Worst hotel experience of my life. Didnt have our room, then sent us to a room with graffiti all over it, dirty linens, and bad electrical. Sent us to another room with bad electrical and a door that we could harding get opened. DO NOT STAY HERE! And this site won't even let you upload pictures or we would.

At first my stay was ok and uneventful. My card was ran normal and nothing unusual Then all of a sudden I get treated like scum and charged stupid charges and my card being ran whenever they feel like it and NOT being refunded for unauthorized charges. Three weeks staying here and they start with this shady activity. The lady at the front is very rude and does not listen to you at all. It’s almost like she ignores what you say on purpose and only wants your money. The worst service ever in all the hotels in Lubbock I hate this place and I highly recommend you stay someplace else. Motel 6 which is across the interstate from this place is a much better choice

We stayed in a nonsmoking room, but it smelled terrible to cigarettes, also the microwave and refrigerator were out of service, and the personal at the desk weren’t friendly, we appreciate a smile at least.

There was an issue with the reservation and the desk clerk was not helpful at all and was using his phone as we were trying to check in.The property is old and the room was unpleasant. The bed was hard. I would not recommend this hotel.
