Very clean and comfy room, and friendly staff who were super helpful. We have also ordered dinner, unfortunately both were very salty and quite expensive for what it is...

Hotel outwardly ok. Rooms dated, strange smell, didn’t feel entirely comfortable with the cleanliness. Found hair showing through bottom sheet. Not good enough for a hotel of this supposed class. Stayed due to Tesla superchargers.

Amazing. Size of room exceptional. Everything from linens to reception were outstanding. Having a frig was great. The only negative was not being able to stay longer.

Stayed here while travelling from the south of france to the ferry port in cherbourg. After 500miles/8 hours on travelling, this hotel was perfect to regenerate. Clean, spacious, comfort.Would highly recommend in a heartbeat

Wonderful reception staff and a great garden suite ! Good facilities and the food in the restaurant was extremely good and staff well trained and friendly I was impressed but returning to the same restaurant for my breakfast I was only offered a tiny side plate for my cooked breakfast ! This is absolutely useless for the job I requested a dinner plate that I had the night before but was refused and told to use 2or 3 side plates ! I said this was unacceptable as would be duck on 1 plate and orange sauce on another! I was told that larger plates where not available for breakfast so I left without eating ! I would not return for this reason and that the bar was extraordinarily expensive €21.00 for a double Jack Daniels & Coke

Accueil impersonnel, un système électronique ferait tout aussi bien l’affaIre. Le petit-déjeuner se termine à 9 h 30, ce qui est tôt pour un hôtel dédié à la relaxation. Assignement d’une chambre pour handicapés alors que l’on n’a rien demandé, cela peut être vexant. Le menu du restaurant laisse présager beaucoup plus que ce qui est donné à goûter ; au mieux la cuisine est insipide. La literie n’est pas de première qualité, surtout les draps. Il est certain que je n’aurai aucun désir de retourner dans cet établissement si je dois repasser par Nantes.

Upon arrival I asked receptionist whether there was any other bars or restaurants nearby and I was told simply "no". The next day we realised there was a pizza restaurant within 3 minutes walk and a McDonald's too. Menu in restaurant did not have much choice Room has air conditioning, but it was only controllable by reception. I asked on several occasions for the room to be made colder but nothing happened and I was once told to turn it off at the fuse board and the room will get colder as no warm air will be blown in, nightmare! Barman didn't know how to work the till and ordering a drink took an eternity. Always a large event on and all staff cater for that, leaving bar empty with nobody to serve. Room had no tea bags or milk, so asked reception if I could have any and was told simply "no" Had no water in the room and asked reception if we could have any. Reception told me that maid would bring some, to which I replied but that wouldn't be for another 5 hours or so as it's now the early hours, we have no water and the room is hot because you told me to turn the air con off. So can we have some water now? Reception replied "no" I asked reception the best way to get to nantes and was told I needed to get a taxi that would cost approx 25euro. I asked if there was any other means like a bus or train and was told "no". The next day we found a small train station within 3 minutes walk of the hotel that took us straight to nantes for 1.50e each. Overall very daisappointed.

Nice hotel for a break. Close to highway. Staff is cool except if they have many people. The pool is covered when it is not very hot and is clean. Free parking on the hotel is a very good thing.

Be careful of the city charge not mentioned on Expedia of €2.30 per person. Not massive but when Expedia says thats all charges, they are wrong. This is only payable by hotels in France and is higher the more stars the hotel has. Overall a good stay however.

The hotel itself is in need of a bit of updating and the food a bit disappointing but the staff were great and the swimming pool lovely, we enjoyed our stay!

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights whilst visiting a business exhibition 5 miles away. Check in was fine, although I had to wait until 4pm and they wouldn't allow me to check in at 2pm which was frustrating. Room a very good size, clean and well maintained with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast very expensive but OK. Bar was quite expensive and service here was poor. Ate in the Restaurant one evening and the food was quite good. Their menu is a French Asian fusion! Generally the restaurant service and food quality was good. Hotel has a pool, although I didn't get to use it. The area outside looked nice through the window!

A good hotel for smart couples or business people, not really families. The restaurant food was very good, but with young children it seemed too prim and posh to relax in. Generally the staff were good, although an exceptionally rude receptionist tainted the stay through offensive remarks as we left. Overall, not a bad place, if a little stuffy.
