The room was nice and clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the pool was refreshing, the hot tub was relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious! I will definitely come back here next time I travel to Mansfield, my stay was delightful.

We had a jacuzzi suite for the weekend. It was mostly ok. The bathroom, jacuzzi, and bed were clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was mediocre. We were on the first floor and had to go to the second floor for ice. The fridge was in need of defrosting and smelled like seafood or broccoli. Cleaning staff clearly only covers required areas. There was a chair in the corner of the room that had mildew on the bottom rails and cobwebs behind it.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay and conveniently located for our plans. Having Walmart right next door also came in handy a couple times.

Front desk lady a little snippy. The room was okay. Still has carpeting. Don’t like carpeting. Beds were good. Not a lot of water pressure for shower. Breakfast was lowest quality of foods you could offer.

It was a relaxed stay. Bed was comfy. A/C wasn’t noisy. I had zero issues. But I’m easy to please. I’m not looking for five star accommodations. Just a comfortable place to shower, relax, and sleep. This fit the bill. Also of note. Applebees, Steak and Shake, Walmart are very easy walking distance. You also have Wendy’s, Chipotle, and Cracker Barrel not too far. Across the highway there is a Taco Bell, McDonald’s, Burger King and an Arby’s. Hope this helps.

Good hotel with good service but specifically booked this hotel because of the pool/hot tub. When I showed up I was told the hot tub was out of service. I get things happen but they should notify their customers before they check in.

Our ac in the room sounded like a boat horn when it started up. We got little sleep.
Pool are crowded due to a girl softball team. Parents were outside drinking on girl were unattended and very loud and rude. Pushing each other into the pool

The property was not clean. There was much remnants left of prior tenants, such as food and refrigerator smearing on walls within room overall just needed somewhere to sleep for the night. We did stay with a dog which worked out well based on the rooms that they have for those that bring dogs. Would book again despite always bring my own Clorox wipes to clean anyways.

Toilets were too low, dirty floors/carpet, door handles falling off bathroom doors, outdated and the building itself was in disrepair.

We booked two rooms as we were traveling with older relatives. The rooms were clean and newly remodeled. The breakfast selection was great both hot & cold items and the coffee was delicious. My 90 year old mother-in-law was thrilled to have a walk-in shower.

Within walking distance of three restaurants, Applebee's, Steak n Shake and Cracker Barrel. Easy parking for a long trailer i was towing. The outside of the building is showing its age but the room was newly remodeled and the bath towels were plush, not like sandpaper. Definitely will go here again.

The staff person who greeted us as we arrived was friendly and welcoming. The staff who attended to the desk was not as friendly or engaging, that is until we were leaving. The housekeeping staff could have been more friendly - I seldom saw smiles on them...They appeared as though they were working for nothing, but only out of obligation...I'm not sure they liked their jobs.
