Great customer service. Staff called to confirm stay. Greeted immediately at check in. Room was clean and just as represented.
Not a 5 star establishment but offers comfort and cleanliness for a weekend visiting grandkids.

Polite and courteous staff, clean room, but hot water was not at all hot, and bed dipped in the middle, making for an uncomfortable sleep.

The room itself was so clean but the surrounding parking lot was full of random people smoking and drinking. One guy didn’t even have pants on! I felt very unsafe and we only stayed one night of our two day stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

It was our first time staying at this property. It was clean and comfortable. The area around the property is a bit lacking but we weren't there much. Like all the properties in the area they jack up their prices for a Clemson football game but they weren't as bad as others.

This hotel is a gem. Lots of value for the cost. Very clean. Well maintained property. Quite location. Close to malls and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here.

First room smelled horribly of cigarettes. The front desk woman (I can’t remember her name, but I think her first name was something Lee) was so pleasant and helpful getting us a new room immediately. Once we had been switched to another room, we saw her going into the smoke smelling room with various cleaning supplies to remediate the issue. The exchange with her, along with her promptness to correct the situation for us and with the room itself, is enough for us to return.

The room is what you’d expect when staying at a hotel, the staff was very nice and helpful. It’s a nice hotel but the only issue I had was fleas in the room.

Was at property for 5 nights. Towels and trash changed and emptied daily but the bed was never made and sheets changed once, the last night.

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered my room. It was exactly all that we needed no more no less. The property, the rooms, the dining room everything about it was very clean and neat. The beds were very comfortable, hot water immediately, and wonderful water pressure. This staff was very friendly and would go out of their way to accommodate you for anything that you needed. The “To Go” Breakfast did have a lot of options. I need to make another trip there in a few months, I will definitely be reserving a room with Quality Inn at this location!! Kudos To all of the staff

The staff is so rude and stole from my room

The room was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. I went with a friend to get away from the day to day grind and we had the pool to ourselves the entire time. Pool is small and needs fixing, but it is way ok to swim and float and for some very much needed pool time.

Beautiful well maintained property. The only downside was some guests were smoking outside our room and it came in through the AC, but the smoke free property was great.

Property was great but the desk clerks weren't very friendly considering I could have probably gone up the road to bestwestern which would have been closer to where I was going and the staff would have been alot more friendly. Need to work on this

I told the staff,who were very nice, that were three different types of bugs in our room, one which believe could have been a cockroach when we checked out a day early. Their response was they would tell the manager. No follow up contact from Quality.

There were a number of young people hanging around the property in front of the hotel (which appeared to be an empty business). Also there was a bunch of personal belongings on the sidewalk in front of the hotel in bags and loose. Not sure if it was trash or someone had left them there.

The team and staff all very friendly and professional. Alert to details. Room exceed expectations for this class/level of hotel/motel. Quieter than one may expect, given location.
weaker spot: the 'breakfast' offerings. Passing through or coming in for a Clemson event, this is a fine option.
