Alan was great, I knew right away this was going to be a great stay. Remodeled rooms, great view outside your door, and central location.

When we arrived at first I thought this is not what it looks like on photos but rooms were remodeled nice big roku tv , we stayed on on first floor and second floor was kinda loud not much sound proof , pool was under construction ! Good location good stuff

Amazing hotel!!! We are so glad that we stayed here. The staff was throughout the whole stay super helpful, nice and approachable at all times. The rooms were really nice and big with parking spaces right outside the rooms. There were quite a few dining options right around the corner of the hotel. With the car it was very easy and close to the main trails and spots in Sedona. There was also a small breakfast offered in the lobby with a nice small selection. Unfortunately the pool was under construction when we were there. That would have been nice to jump in after a long day in the sun but it still was a great stay!! Highly recommend!

It was newly remodeled and everything was so clean and comfortable. The desk clerk (Alec?) was very friendly, flexible and helpful. If you want clean and convenient, this is the place

Look, it looks like a Days Inn on the outside, but as other reviewers have said, it has been renovated & is so nice on the inside! The rooms with a view are completely worth the price too!

The rooms were just redone and good thing cause there wasn’t much else to say about this motel. Never went to the pool as it was a in direct sun and no lounge chairs or anything to relax

But i was told there wasn't any unless we asked. I paid too much money for this Hotel.. not to have it cleaned, or our beds made in the Morning. As this is unheard-of. Extremely dissatisfied! 😒 Also, i never was able to enjoy the Pool. Too many residents partying in the Pool area! 🌹

Staff was super friendly and accomodating. Not sure if policies have changed since Covid, but our room didnt get cleaned suring our 3 night stay there. We were able to check in early, which was great to help get us out of the midday heat. Would definitely stay here again...loved seeing all the rocks driving into Sedona from the hotel.

This is not a Wyndham property. They might have the name but, it’s not the quality you would expect. Front desk lady was very rude to me and my daughter upon entering. Go anywhere else.

Was impressed with the very clean and updated room. Shower was great, pool looked great but didn't get a chance to swim this trip. Staff extremely helpful and attentive to any need. I guess the only negative would be the hotel is located directly off the main road, so you do experience road noise.

Alec was so nice and accommodating at check-in. Room was beautiful and perfect. Bed was comfortable with lots of great pillows. Would love to stay there again.

Stayed two nights. Lobby closed at 8pm and didn’t open till 7:30am…NOT visitor friendly. Also no partition between bathroom and sleeping area disturbs people still sleeping. Had to use same towels the second day! Breakfast area is tiny and only pastries and yogurt provided!

Great location, midway point for all Sedona has to offer. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. What I didn't like was the lighting around the vanity mirror and shower stall seemed tight.

We had a great stay at Kokopelli Inn. Our room was modern and clean with great ammenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price as great for this place! The breakfast had healthy options. Comfortable seating outside and the heated pool were both bonuses. We really enjoyed that it was right on the 'scenic highway' and close to all the natural sites and hiking trails.

We had to make a last minute reservation here and it way exceeded our expectations! The room was gorgeous and had been recently renovated. Highly recommend!

Water on floor when we arrived and was just told it was from the maid cleaning. Turned out there was a lot of it and it may have been from the toilet above.
When we stood in the lobby talking to the front desk people that it seemed the room they were putting us in was close to the road and would be noisy, they said no we would not hear traffic, but they lied.
We had to leave early on checkout day, but lobby does not open until 7:30. I called from our car and told them we checked out early and I was very upset with our stay. I asked to talk to manager, and she said she was the manager. I told her what I was not happy about and felt we should have some sort of compensation. She was more interested in getting me off the phone and then hung up on me. Now I am so upset with this place, I will proceed to warn others not to go there.
