We had requested a crib for our room with months in advanced and when we got there they said “all the cribs were in use” I told them they should have notified us so bring our own. Additionally, we asked for transportation form the airport to the hotel, but since we never got an email, WhatsApp message or phone call to confirm we thought it wasn’t booked. My wife called that morning before we departed the US and they said they didn’t have transfer for us. When we arrived to the hotel, we then found out that our taxi was waiting for us at the airport and we had no idea. They charged us for the taxi anyway..:
The room we stayed our first night has dirty carpets, you could tell they haven’t changed them in years and they are not being washed. The coffee maker was dirty, we made a coffee in the room and it spit out white floating things. Lastly, the curtain didn’t close all the way. People were overall nice. The food was ok. I thought he breakfast was overpriced for what it was so we went to Welchez cafe for food ( def recommend this spot) we also went to sobre less for coffee which was good.

World class property and service. Newly renovated. The lounge/club level is a must for the breakfast and happy hour, it is worth the money. There was a miscommunication about being transported from the airport, but the receptionist apologized and sent a complimentary fruit plate to our room, I was satisfied. The pool area was comfortable to hang out at with the pool being a perfect temperature. Rooms were clean and modern. The best part of the hotel is the staff. You were always greeted with a smile and a good morning/evening. They went above and beyond for any request. We had a massage, expensive but the therapist was highly skilled and worked out our travelers knots. I would recommend having some small bills, US or local currency, for tips. The staff does not expect tips but definitely deserve them. You can make their day with $2. I don’t think could be a better stay in the city.

The hotel is great, clean, comfortable, and well-located. Despite the pool and the bar area being renovated, no issues or disturbances were perceived. However, the food was not great, and the buffet that they had for breakfast, lunch, or dinner was not aligned with the quality of the facility. The coffee was awful, and the hotel should promote Honduran coffee. They can improve

Loved the Shower, the bed, pillows and wonderful sheets. Did not like the fact that I could not charge phone at night table. Furniture is out dated.
Upon arrival my rate was different than what I had arranged with Expedia. they fixed it

Too many strange people going in and out from hotel without being customers. The room they gave me was right next to the supplies room and its very noise too early in the morning. Need more respect for customers.

I reserved a room with two beds, however at check in I was told that my reservation was for a king bed. I asked the receptionist if he could chance it and he said no because there where no more rooms with two beds available. I proceed to show him the confirmation that I received from the hotel and then he decided that there were rooms with two beds available. It’s my opinion that the staff at the hotel are racially bias. At breakfast my friend and I sat at a table and waited for a long time before we were offered coffee or a menu when they were other people coming in after us and were being served immediately.
