Everything was okay the breakfast needed something to be desired the sausages were probably not cooked thoroughly and were cold eggs were not fully cooked fresh pastries or donutswould be better than old dry Little Debbie's

We stayed 1 night at this hotel. The front desk and breakfast staff were the redeeming quality of this hotel. We didn't meet any other staff so I can't comment on housekeeping. The beds were comfy, the bathroom adequate, but we were hit with a very strong musty smell when walking into the room!! This hotel is located in the 'V' of 2 major hwys so the road noise is incredible, which is not helpful if youre a light sleeper!! The breakfast staff were great but the breakfast wasn't! Also, lots of fruit flies buzzing around the food area which is not appealing at all!! We would not stay here again, neither would we recommend others to this hotel.

The location was convenient to where I needed to be. My room was smaller than I had expected, the property needs some upgrades. This was not the quality I usually experience at Hampton Inns.

This experience was not good - my reservations were very messed up! I had to call the hotel for an extra day & they didn’t make it for the correct day & they messed up my traveling family was messed up too!
The person handling check in couldn’t figure it out - finally the manager came out. He got it all figured out & gave us a better rate.
Then my friend and I tried to use the hot tub & the water went out on us while we were in it!! Tried the next night & water was cold!

My room was above the pool and a constant LOUD jackhammer sound. The manager told me this morning when i complained that it is the compressor for the pool. So he knew what i was talking about, they should not be putting customers in that room. Also there was a brown substance on the CLEAN towel. Looked like fecal matter. I have loved staying at other hampton inns and will still stay at OTHER locations but not this one.

Because you screwed up my reservation we did not have a room. I requested arrive 24 leave 25. Got there they had 23 leave 24 So when we got there there were no rooms So we had no room and had to find a room in Albert Lea so we did not have to drive home so. We couldn’t get any rates since it last minute. Will not use Expedia again.

Too many broken things. No hot tub. No ice except in the lobby. One elevator; the other broken. Most food gone an hour before breakfast ends. Inadequate housekeeping. Bet the employees were friendly.

I was told my room had a pull out couch for my child…..Of course there was none. Noone offered to remedy the situation either.

Rooms were nice. Floor between the front desk and the elevators had a spill and was not cleaned up before we left. Otherwise stay was nice. Good breakfast

Such a fantastic stay. The Night Auditor she was blonde, hands down one of the most accommodating sweet, easy going employees i have ever encountered. She should get a raise. Never loose her.

Horrible condition for a Hilton chain. How could Hilton let this Hampton Inn survive in that meager conditions and barely offering anything good for customer? Hilton does not check it anymore? I have never seen any Hampton Inn like this in the entire North America. Horrible condition and so many issues during the stay. Hilton should contact to discuss this in full details.

The hotel was fine, would not stay again. Was packed with a sports team (not hotels fault) but we were not able to use pool/hot tub or enter breakfast area at any time because it was PACKED with people. Even in the evening they took over the entire building. Only one elevator out of 2 was working so very slow to get to room.

Our room was never cleaned while we were there. The bathtub had standing water which would not drain. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was good and filling.

The ice machine on floor 3 doesn't work. The door on my room wasn't actually latched or locked when I came up to open it.

Hotel foyer was nice, room was ok. The tub appeared to have been broken and felt squishy as well as looked like stained blood on the bottom, but my husband assured me it was just rust. Pool room temperature was hot, but no patio to sit outside to cool down. Breakfast was good. Overall ok stay, but not over 3 stars.

Was checked in into a room that had been smoked in and would not change rooms! Was kicked out of lobby because it was 10 pm, no sign posted with hours. Was told to wait and eat outside the doors for delivered food. Only one elevator working and the staff spray air freshener in a can…classy. Topper was the staff smoking marijuana out of office window! Do not stay at the Hampton in Burnsville MN!

The overall stay was pleasant. Although, the check in was horrible. They had no room ready for me. The lady at the desk seemed like she didn’t know how to do her job. She was very soft spoken but did not have a good sense for customer service. They also did not have guest laundry which sucked. Rooms were very nice and comfortable when I finally got one.

The rooms were nicely appointed and in good repair. I liked the selection of items for the complimentary breakfast and all my interactions with staff were good. Location was super convenient to the event we were attending. Would stay here again

Apparently Housekeeping has been reduced so we had two days trash accumulation and no fresh towels, soap or vanity coffee on day 2. The lobby area seems very dated and beaten up. There are no handrails on the steps from the parking lot to the lobby door and some of the steps present a trip hazard.
The breakfast was nice. Staff did not reframe our expectations for housekeeping just simply ignored our request. although this is a high traffic area our room was quiet and comfortable.
