Staff was very friendly and attentive. Hotel was very clean.

I arrived at around 3.30 am the front desk guy 1asked if i had a restaurant after saying yes he asked for my id and credit card payment after hand it back to me he stated he was not feeling well and advised me to sanitizer them with the alcohol wipe on the counter he didn't have mask on at all .after arriving to the room and seeing what it looked like I went back to the front desk and ask if they had a cleaner room he said he didn't know how to do that because I booked it on line and I would have to wait for the manager to do it when they get i later that morning. I got in my car and went to the closes store I bought some clorox bleach and paper towels and cleaned the bathroom my self I have the pictures to prove it.

Was just a room for a night. I had to change rooms because half of the bed was weird and dropped low. You could feel the coils. They changed my room quickly and I was thankful. We ended up in a room that smelled weird. Bed was decent and we got used to the weird odor. Didn’t want to change , just went to sleep and had free breakfast. This place is for a stop and go. I wouldn’t recommend

The room was large and clean. Very comfortable. Check in and checkout was very easy. Only complaint was the bathroom floors were a bit slippery.

Good: Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was pretty clean.
Bad: Shower dripped all night making noise. Beds were terribly hard.

My mother and I stayed in the superior suite for Mother’s Day weekend and let’s just say it was nothing superior about this suite. The private bathroom was old and out dated and smell like an abandoned house. The hot tub was also very old but did work. The fake marble tiles had rust stain around the tub. The T.v is a 32inch and the tv channels were static

The stay was horrible. The TV didnt work properly. The room smelled wet and the people called me complaining about being noisy. Honestly it felt discriminatory.

First impression wasn’t the best, didn’t have the room that I reserved, everything was old needed to be upgraded and worker was arguing with the customer.

Clean, quiet, decent breakfast, free hotel shuttle to/from horseshoe casino was a bonus for a concert we were attending!

Our room had water malfunctions. Sink faucet constantly dripped . Shower drainage didn't drain properly.

The carpet looked soiled, the toilet bowl was stained, rust around the sink drain, and tub drain. Creamer for the coffee was curled. I will not stay in another Ramada again.

Nice hotel in a perfect distance from Chicago. Very nice breakfast with a variety of food (pancakes, cereal, egg mc muffin). We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the very nice personel.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast experience was not that good. A group/team of young men were very disrespectful of others. Parents must of not raised them to respect others.

Clearly, the hotel hasn't been updated in a while. The room was clean, though, and didn't smell weird or have gross carpet, like some other budget hotels I've stayed in. Not a great neighborhood, though.

The property was close to many eatery's and some shopping. The room was clean, but smelled of cigarette smoke although it was non smoking. The furnishings in lobby a little outdated. The bathroom door was splittered on the backside. The staff was friendly.

This is an older hotel but it is in pretty good condition. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are dated but comfortable and very large.

It was ok they were not very friendly they only had one ice machine breakfast sucked and a few complained because there was bed bugs in there rooms

Rooms could use some updating. I got the one bedroom suite and it looked as if they just opened a connecting room. The hotel and rooms are supposed to be smoke free but smelled of cigarettes. There was an old plug in but this did nothing for the room. For a one night stay it did the job but I probably won’t stay again.

Just average. Had 2 negative interactions with 2 different front desk employees. The first was @ check in. Bad first impression. The second due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to extend my stay. Front desk was inattentive and rude. Location is not the best. Area businesses are spread out. Not walker friendly. Cleaning staff is very attentive and friendly.Transportation can get expensive. Too expensive. Rates do not match the service.

Enjoyed our stay. The hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast ok. No elevator though but they have a porter who will take ur thing's up 4u. Toilet has a slow flush. Water gets very hot so be careful. Overall nice

Beds were comfortable, hotel was outdated but clean, stayed on the 1st floor and it was very quiet, staff was friendly and accommodating, breakfast was available in the mornings if you wanted it, pool looked nice even though I didn't swim. No complaints.

The only down side was the in house breakfast. Small selection frozen Jimmy Deans sandwich had good taste but was hard, like it was very old. Rooms were good nicely cleaned. Selection of channels were small in number but we were on the go most of the time. So was not a large problem, if we were in the room more it would of been a problem.

The place is old and tired. The neighborhood is not good, we did not feel safe staying there. Doors were not secure into the building/. Our room door did not close properly and had to pull it shut. We were worried that we would not have a car when we left in the morning
