Not good. Rooms are old. Carpet was dirty and old. Had chunks pulled out of it. Shower didn’t work good at all.

Had a bad experience with another hotel in area, La Quinta had rooms available. Stay was nice, you can tell an older hotel, room was big. Walkable restaurants from hotel and sports complex was around the corner.

Place was clean and very nice help. Not a huge selection for breakfast is really my only gripe! Very basic but adequate.

Nice place , but check in and out policy not friendly. Had a 4:00 check in but had to wait till 4:30 in 102 weather. They did try to make it up with a 12:00 check out. The pools were murky and questionable for water cleanliness. The room was beautiful and well maintained.

There were only a few negatives on our trip. The batteries in the auto door lock went out and it took twice to get the desk to come change it. Renee at the front desk was fantastic! She went above and beyond. The hotel has a policy that breakfast is served in the lobby and yelled at me in our last day of a 8 day stay not to take a breakfast plate to my 90 year old mother in the room. They did allow it but it was rediculous when all others days they told me no problem.

This experience was terrible. I never got to stay in the room. I booked and paid for a room for 1 night with my family. Before I paid for the room, I looked and looked to make sure there wasn't a deposit required. I never seen any kind of statement showing there was an expected deposit. That was the reason I chose this room because it didn't say anywhere about a deposit. So I get to the desk and ask the lady is there any other fees and she told me a $150 deposit. I told her it didn't state that, and she just grinned and said sorry. I said I had to go talk to my wife about it. But we didn't have that. Hotels gave us $25 credit, but I feel more should be done. I was out in the heat with my family and came quite a distance. They wouldn't even bypass the fee

Dog poop every where, I myself am a dog owner so I have nothing against dogs. There was a dog somewhere on our floor that barked constantly. We won't be coming back to stay there anymore

Could not use the WIFI as it was not secure, in fact the Smart TV in the room had to reboot itself with an unsecure WIFI connection. There was mold in the refrigerator seal. They only have 1 working elevator. Easy access to the Mall area with food and shopping. The lady Alex at the front desk was very helpful and professional.

I made a mistake in the reservation and literally minutes after attempted to contact the hotel who said they had no record of the reservation (which would have posed an issue if I had needed the room as the mistaken reservation was for that same day) when hotels.com attempted to assist the manager was not on duty. When the manager did review it they decided not to allow a change. I will not be staying with this location or any others in the Wyndham network.

The property was very close to the baseball stadium in Peoria (walking distance). I was very surprised to see how untidy this hotel was given that its parent company is the Wyndham. The elevator smelled horrible. The key cards given to you are used over and over and you have to constantly go downstairs to get them reactivated. The keys never worked when we tried using the back door. The building looked like it needed a deep cleaning and the hotel rooms were the same. The carpets are very dirty and the beds are very uncomfortable. I really do hope that the parent company (Wyndham) sees this review as they need to come and see this property for themselves.

King bed & pillows, shower, coffee station, and temp control excellent and it was quiet. Surface was very clean but under sink, around electric outlets, accumulated dust was visible. Building appears older so some minor repairs were needed. Love that they had refillable shampoo etc instead of disposable personal ones. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, but hate seeing abundance of single use plastic silverware, plates etc. for breakfasts. So wasteful and bad for planet. Overall good stay and will book there again as it was convenient, quiet and very comfortable.

Elevator and hallways smell. Elevator was dirty- there’s no excuse for elevator floor being filthy. Hallway carpets need a deep cleaning as they reek of cigarette smoke even though it’s a smoke free hotel.
The area around this hotel is perfect with every convenience you could need, but this La Quinta needs a remodel stat. The best part was the air conditioning in our room worked great.

Location is positive easy access to activities, entertainment and dining.
Facility needs major renovation. Facility had one elevator working that was having trouble passing 3rd floor. Facility hallways kept at 90 degrees with outside temps above 100. Wallpaper and carpet filthy and worn. Rooms worn down, with access locks barely operable. Room ac has has failing compressor with load vibrations. Bathrooms worn down no poop fans in any room. We had three rooms in this facility because of issues with wear. Grounds unkept likely from staff that was overheated, tired and responded like turtles. Overal 2 stars but facility has a strong potential if management addresses issues. I question the safety of this facility and a 5 floor facility functioning with only one operating elevator.

My friend and I had a four day stay on vacation, and I have zero complaints. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pool is beautiful and there is a night outside are around the pool to lounge. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, not bad. I definitely recommend and will always stay here when I visit the Phoenix area. Great location as well!

had an odd smell that never went away over the 4 days. the bathroom sink had to have maintenance come out to make drain. the toilet struggled to flush properly. it was clean though, safe, and the staff was nice.
